| Objective:To explore the common TCM syndrome type of Early Threatened Abortion with subclinical hypothyroidism,the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and age,BMI,the frequency of spontaneous abortion and the correlation of thyroid antibody,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of the disease.Method:The patients,threatened abortion with subclinical hypothyroidism patients,who take visit to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital,inpatient and outpatient of department from January 2017 to December 2017 serve as the research object.Through the form of face-to-face questionnaire,the questionnaire will be input Excel to establish the database by assigning,and using spss20.0 statistical package for data analysis,general information,and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine through the description and analysis of frequency distribution,TCM syndromes were obtained from cluster analysis by using system clustering method,the correlation was analyzed by Pearson chi square test or Fisher method.Results:1.The average time of menopause in 107 cases of threatened abortion with subclinical hypothyroidism was 47.29 ±10.84 days.The age of the patients ranged from 29~35 years old to 57.01% years old(53.27%).Most of the patients had jobs(74.77%),most of them had a history of spontaneous abortion(89.72%).The normal BMI accounted for 64.49%,and TPOAb and TGAb(-)accounted for 47.66% and 21.50% respectively.2.107 cases of threatened abortion with subclinical hypothyroidism patients with TCM syndrome divided into 4 categories,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome 43 cases(40.19%),followed by kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome in 38 cases(35.51%),15 cases of the deficiency of Qi and blood(14.02%),damp heat with blood stasis syndrome in 11 cases(10.28%).3.In the 107 cases of threatened abortion patients with subclinical hypothyroidism,30 cases of Yang deficiency constitution in Chinese medicine was the most(28%),followed by 20 cases of Qi Stagnation(18.69%),15 cases of damp heat(14%),normal constitution 13 cases(12.14%),blood stasis(total 11 cases 10.28%),9 cases of qi deficiency(8.4%),yin deficiency 7 cases(6.54%),at least for phlegm and the intrinsic quality of the 1 cases(each accounted for 0.93% of the total).4.There were significant differences between the distribution of TCM Constitution and TCM syndrome type in 107 cases of threatened abortion with subclinical hypothyroidism.Yang deficiency often performance as the deficiency syndrome spleen and kidney yang?Qi depression is more connection with the syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression and the lack of spleen and kidney yang.After the onset of Peace and quality,it was more express as dampness heat and blood stasis.Qi deficiency and qi stagnation can be expressed as syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood.5.There were statistically significant differences between the distribution of the numbers of spontaneous abortion and TCM syndrome type,but there was no statistical difference in age,BMI,thyroid antibody positive and TCM syndrome type distribution difference;there were statistically significant differences in age distribution and TCM Constitution,but no significant BMI,natural abortion,thyroid antibody positive and the differences in the distribution of TCM constitution.Conclusion:1.The most common TCM Syndromes of threatened abortion and subclinical hypothyroidism were Yang deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney,followed by the syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression,two deficiency syndrome of both Qi and blood,damp heat clip stasis syndrome.2.The TCM Constitution was mainly biased constitution,the most commonly seen were Yang deficiency,followed by qi stagnation,damp heat,mild temperament,blood stasis,Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm dampness and special temperament.3.There was a correlation between the TCM Constitution of threatened abortion with subclinical hypothyroidism and the type of TCM syndrome. |
