The Clinical Observation Of Antai Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Threatened Abortion With The Effect Of Subclinical Hypothyroidism

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Antai decoction in Treating Early Threatened Abortion Patients with subclinical hypothyroidism and provide the basis for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine clinical safe.effective, convenient.Methods:Selection of patients who met the inclusion criteria in90cases, were randomly divided into three groups.The treatment group (Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets) in30cases, control group (30cases of Antai decoction), combination group (Antai decoction and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets) in30cases.To observe three groups of patients before and after the treatment, and blood pregnancy indicators and early pregnancy outcome.Results:(1)The three groups of serum E2, P, HCG levels:comparison of serum E2, three groups of P numerical before and after drug treatment, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05); The three group serum HCG value before drug treatment, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05); compare thevalues of serum HCG in the three groups after drug treatment the controlgroup was significantly lower than that, treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group with the United Group, no significant difference (P>0.05).(2) The three groups of thyroid function (FT3,FT4, TSH) levels: compared with the values before and after drug treatment of three groups of FT3, FT4, and the difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05); drug treatment before the three groups of blood TSH value, the difference has no statistical significance (P>0.05); after drug treatment groupdecreased three the blood TSH level, compared with before treatment, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05); the three groups blood TSH decreased level after drug treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), combination group was significantly lower than the treatment group,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.(3) The three groups of pregnancy outcome:the combined group (96.7%), the treatment group (90%), control group (86.7%),no significant difference between three groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Antai decoction in Treating Early Threatened Abortion with the clinical curative effect of subclinical hypothyroidism is exact, better than oral Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets. Antai decoction is by increasing the serum level of HCG,decreasing the level of TSH, improve the thyroid function, thereby reducingearly adverse pregnancy outcome. Antai decoction in treating early threatenedabortion is safe and effective, reducing the early incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome, is worthy of further development of traditional Chinese medicine preparation and application.
