Purpose:Through clinical observation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the treatment of Subclinical hypothyroidism(short for Subclinical Jia Jian,Subclinical hypothyroidism,SCH)(TSH < 10 m UI/L),objective assessment for the patients with symptoms improved after treatment and the influences on the targets of the laboratory, and to provide an objective reference basis for the efficacy and extension of the treatment of Subclinical hypothyroidism in the early intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide a more optimized treatment plan through the profound and comprehensive summary of the experience in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Subclinical hypothyroidism by professor li xiaolun.Material and method:Collection in November 2016-November 2017,liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital endocrinology outpatient service accord with the standard test in 60 cases of subclinical Jia Jian(TSH < 10 miu/L)patients were diagnosed and treated by professor Lixiaojuan, according to the voluntary to accept Chinese medicine intervention in patients with intention divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine decoction, and before and after treatment, the test was performed on the thyroid function and related safety indicators. The patients who rejected the oral medicine were set as the blank control group, which the relevant laboratory indicators monitoring are the same with treatment group,a course of 3 months, and the thyroid function(TSH,FT4,FT3),TCM syndrome integral, total efficiency and safety evaluation were observed according to the research methods before and after treatment, and the software SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Thyroid function index changes of two groups:there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),compared with the TSH group in the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),whichshowed a decrease in TSH mean of the treatment group. After treatment,TSH of the treatment group was significantly lower than the mean before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The change of TSH in the control group was not statistically significant than before treatment(P>0.05).The changes in both groups before and after treatment of FT3 and FT4 were not statistically significant(P >0.05).(2)Two groups of TCM syndrome points:the efficacy of TCM syndromes points of the two groups after the treatment was calculated, and the total effective rate of the treatment group with TCM intervention was 84.5%,while the total effective rate of the control group was only 10.7%,and the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)Two groups of total curative effect: treatment group total effective rate was 88.5%,control group total effective rate was 7.1%,the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group, reached statistical significance(P = 0.00 < 0.05),indicating the overall efficacy of treatment group is better than the control group.(4)Safety evaluation::all the safety indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were normal. Conclusion:For patients with TSH<10m UI/L and obvious symptoms in Subclinical hypothyroidism, effective early prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can improve symptoms, delay the disease development, and small side effects, greatly make up for the intervention loss when the disease was not up to that of western medicine drugs standard It can be seen that the early intervention of Chinese medicine to subclinical thyroidectomy has its practicality, necessity and extensibility.
