Objective: To explore the research status and development trend of the health education ability of medical staff,understand the health education ability of primary general practitioners in Kezhou and Tacheng of Xinjiang,analyze the factors affecting the health education ability of primary general practitioners in Kezhou and Tacheng of Xinjiang,and explore the measures to improve the health education ability of primary general practitioners.Methods: This paper adopts the research methods of visual analysis of literature keywords,questionnaire survey and qualitative interview.Firstly,the literature related to health education ability and medical personnel was retrieved from China National Knowledge Network,and visualization analysis was carried out with Vosviewer software to explore the research status and development trend of health education ability of medical personnel.Then,general practitioners from county hospitals and township health centers in Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture(Kezhou)and Tacheng area of Xinjiang were selected as research objects for questionnaire survey,statistical analysis of questionnaire results,and 10 grassroots general practitioners were selected for qualitative interview and qualitative analysis.Explore the causes of the problems in the status quo of health education ability of primary general practitioners in Kezhou and Tacheng of Xinjiang and the measures to improve health education ability.Results: A total of 1139 literatures were included in this study.The visualization analysis of Vosviewer software was carried out to obtain the cluster view and time view of key words related to health education ability and medical personnel,and it was found that general practitioners are the new hot spot in the research field of health education ability of medical personnel.121 valid questionnaires were collected.The total score of health education ability of primary general practitioners in Kezhou and Tacheng of Xinjiang was(121.06±11.48),and the average score of problems was(4.18±0.40).The highest score in the average score of problems was implementation and evaluation ability,and the lowest was communication and learning ability.Among them,general practitioners with different ages,working years,professional title level,education level,monthly income,working unit,having or not having establishment,teaching experience,continuing education experience in health education,and training in health education had different scores on health education ability,and non-parametric analysis indicated that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).According to the multiple linear stepwise regression analysis,the factors influencing the ability of health education in order of importance are as follows: the age,title level,education level,work unit and monthly income of grass-roots general practitioners.The results of qualitative interview suggest that the main factors affecting the ability of health education at the grass-roots level in Kezhou and Tacheng of Xinjiang are the weak awareness and concept of health education,the shortage of grass-roots health education personnel,the incomplete implementation and evaluation system of health education and the unsound system of health education and training.Conclusions: 1.General practitioner is a new hot spot in the field of health education ability research of medical staff.2.The score of health education ability of primary general practitioners in Kezhou and Tacheng of Xinjiang was excellent.3.The factors influencing the health education ability of basic general practitioners in Kezhou and Tacheng of Xinjiang are: age,professional title level,educational level,working unit and monthly income.4.At present,there are still many problems in the grass-roots health education in Kezhou and Tacheng,Xinjiang.We should continue to strengthen the construction of health education awareness and concept,improve the measures to attract and guarantee the talents of general practitioners,build a complete health education implementation and evaluation system,and further explore the health education ability training programs.
