Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (cold-damp Syndrome) With Yiren Juanbi Decoction

Objectives:Through clinical controlled trials,observe the curative effect of Yirenjuanbi Decoction in the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation(Cold dampness syndrome)provides the theory basis for using this decoction.Method:Selecting 60 outpatients who dignosed Lumbar disc herniation(Cold dampness syndrome)in the Third Hospital of Hunan university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to Ferbruary 2019,divided to 2 groups according to the table of random numbers.30 patients in each group.The test group were treated with Yirenjuanbi decoction and the control group adopted Yaotongning capsult as treatment.Compare the Vas score,ODI score and TCM syndromes score between two groups to evaluate the curative effcet.Result:1 Basic ComparisonThere were no significant difference(P>0.05)between the test group and the control group in age,gender,disease duration and VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndromes score before treatment.Two groups were comparable.2 Comparison between prior-treatment and post-treatment in each groupThe VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndromes score in both groups were significant lower after 1 week,2 weeks treatment and follow-up.There were significant differences(P<0.05)between prior-treatment and post-treatment in each group.3 Comparison between two groups after treatmentAfter 1 week treatment,there were no significant differences in the VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndromes score between two groups.After 2 weeks treatment and follow-up,he VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndromes score of test group were significant lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yirenjuanbi Decoction has considerable effect in the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation(Cold dampness syndrome),comparing with Yaotongning capsule,Yirenjuanbi Decoction can significantly lower the VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndromes score and reduce the recurrence rate.There are no adverse reactions during the treatment,so Yirenjuanbi Decoction is a safe and effective treatment of Lumbar disc herniation(Cold dampness syndrome)which is wothy to spread and study.
