[Objective]The participants, with IVF-ET failure in West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University (West China Women’s and Children’s Hospital of Sichuan University) Reproductive Center and attributed to kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation with blood stasis syndrome, were selected in this study. They were grouped with stratified randomly and treated by TCM multi-ways therapy. Compared with the treatment groups and evaluated objectively the progestational efficacy of the TCM multi-ways interventional therapy after IVF-ET failure. Compared to the progestational efficacy of the duplex therapy and the triple therapy, the better programe was selected.[Methods]95clinical cases that included females with IVF-ET failure attributed to syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation and blood stasis who were ready to take IVF-ET repeatedly for helping pregnant, were collected and divided into three groups according to the treatment period. The two combined treatment group was consisted of31cases, the triple group33cases and the control group31cases. Then we collected Syndrome relative-integral before and after transplantation and observed items as followings:natural pregnancy rate, HCG-dates intrauterine membrane thickness, ET-dates intrauterine membrane thickness, number of oocytes, fertilization rate, number of fresh embryos, number of fertilized eggs, pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate in the three groups before and after treatment transplantation.[Results]1. After applying multi-ways therapy of TCM into patients, the two combined treatment group:3cases in natural pregnancy, the triple treatment group:10cases in natural pregnancy, the control group:none cases in natural pregnancy. There is a significant difference in the natural pregnancy rate (P<0.05), which is higher than those in the control group and the natural pregnancy rate of the triple treatment group is higher than those in the two combined treatment group.2. After applying multi-ways therapy of TCM into patients, there is a significant difference in the fertilized rate and the clinical pregnancy rate (P<0.05), which is higher than those in the control group, and there is a significant difference in the early miscarriage rate (P<0.05), which is lower than those in the control group. There is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) between the two combined treatment group and the triple treatment group.3. After applying multi-ways therapy of TCM into patients, there is a significant difference in the symptoms integral before and after treatment (P<0.05). There is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) between the two combined treatment group and the triple treatment group.[Conclusion]This study preliminarily shows that multi-ways therapy of TCM can increase the natural pregnancie rate, the fertilized rate as well as the clinical pregnancy rate, reduce the rate of early abortion and improve syndrome-kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation and blood stasis.
