| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine before in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in patients with PCOS infertility with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang, and to study the effectiveness and clinical practicability of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in patients with PCOS infertility due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Materials and Methods:60 cases of PCOS infertility with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Bushen Jianpi decoction 1 month before IVF-ET and 7 days after intramuscular injection of Human gonadotropin(Gn),while the control group was treated with typical therapy. The clinical symptom score and the number of fertilized eggs were observed in the treatment group and the control group. The number of high quality embryos, the number of embryo transfer, the incidence of OHSS,fertilization rate, high quality embryo rate, biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate were also observed. Results: Through the clinical trial, the treatment group can improve the patients’ clinical symptom score by using traditional Chinese medicine before IVF and embryo transfer, and it can also increase the number of high quality embryos(P=0.006),fertilization rate(P=0.01),high quality embryo rate(P=0.001),biochemical pregnancy rate(P=0.035)and clinical pregnancy rate(P=0.038).There was no significant improvement in the incidence of OHSS and abortion rate, the number of embryo transfer and the number of fertilized eggs. Conclusion: The clinical effect of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in PCOS infertility patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang was better than that in the control group. The treatment group improved the number of high quality embryos, fertilization rate and high quality embryo rate.To improve the biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate has obvious advantages, which reflects the new characteristics of PCOS infertility patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency type treated with traditional Chinese medicine for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. |
