The Evaluation On Curative Effect Of Promoting Pregnancy Treated By Therapy Combined With TCM After Female Failure Of IVF-ET

Objective:To study the curative effect of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) intervening IVF-ET(In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer),114reproductive females attributed to kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation, were treated by therapy combined with Chinese herbs, providing a reference in IVF-ET and improving the thickness of endometrium, the number of oocytesthe, fertilized ovum, the fertilized embryos, the clinical pregnancy rate,the early abortion rate, biochemical pregnancy rate, embryo transfer rate and cycle cancellation rate.Methods:114clinical cases that included females with IVF-ET failure-attributed to syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation who were ready to take IVF-ET repeatedly for helping pregnant, were collected and divided into two groups according to the treatment period, including59cases in control group treated by simple IVF-ET,55cases in the treatment group by taking promoting pregnancy formula and preventing miscarriage formula before and after transplantation. Syndrome(kidney and liver depression of blood stasis syndrome) relative-integral were collected and observed; following items that included natural pregnancy rate, HCG-dates, intrauterine membrane thickness, egg number count, fertilization rate, fresh embryos and fertilized eggs in the two groups before and after treatment transplantation.as well as pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate, and so forth were compared.Results:After applying combined-TCM methods into patients, the treatment group:7cases in natural pregnancy (1case in ectopic pregnancy), The control group: none cases in natural pregnancy. There has difference in the quantity of ovum (P <0.05); There has difference in the thickness of endometrium, fertilized ovum, the fertilized embryos (P<0.05),which is higher than those in the control group; There has significant difference in the early miscarriage rate(P<0.05),which is lower than those in the control group; There has significant difference in the symptoms integral of TCM syndrome-kidney deficiency and liver stagnation before and after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:This study preliminarily shows that TCM can increase the natural pr egnancies the thickness of endometrium, the fertilized embryos, clinical pregnancy rate, reduce the rate of early abortion and improve syndrome-kidney deficiency and liver stagnation.
