AIM1Investigate the distribution law of the in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) treatment failure patients with age, infertility time, IVF-ET failure frequency, type of infertility and syndrome types.2Analysis the distribution law before and after TCM treatment of endometrial thickness, morphology, blood flow, parting of blood flow on the day of ovulation, Salle rating score and total score, syndrome score, as well as the situation of pregnancy.3Evaluation the clinical efficacy of TCM treatment on IVF-ET failure patients, explore TCM drug law of different menstrual cycle phase and syndromes.METHOD1Infertility patients meet the cases of this study inclusion and exclusion criteria of33cases and309diagnostic times for the study, collected the medical records of patients with previous IVF-ET cycles, to Chinese medicine decoction or granules oral treatment of three consecutive menstrual cycles.2Statistical analysis of the study age, infertility time, IVF-ET failure frequency, type of infertility and syndromes, ultrasound monitoring endometrial thickness, morphology, blood flow, blood typing and other indicators on day of ovulation before and after TCM treatment, calculated Salle articles score and total score, syndromes scores, and pregnancy condition.3To statistical analysis of Chinese medicine drug laws of different syndromes and menstrual cycle phases.RESULTS1This study were collected comply with the inclusion and exclusion standard of33IVF-ET failure patients with a total of309attending times. The patients have an average age of36.42±4.26years old, of which the largest number range from36to40years old,39.4%of the total, is considered related to the female physiology and social factors. All patients were divided into four syndromes:liver and kidney deficiency, kidney deficiency and blood stasis, kidney deficiency and liver depression, qiand blood deficiency, in which kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome holds the largest proportion (14cases,42.42%).2According to Chinese medicine symptom score and endometrial receptivity Salle rating before and after TCM treatment, Chinese medicine treatment is effective for all four syndrome types, and can significantly improve endometrial receptivity. Salle score can be effective in predicting the success rate of the following IVF-ET treatment.3Statistically analysis the TCM medication frequency of four menstrual cycle phases and four kinds of TCM syndromes, to obtain8compositions of oral medicine prescriptions that may have significance in clinical work.Conclusion1Collected in this study,33patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression holds the largest proportion, the other three syndromes (liver and kidney deficiency, kidney deficiency and blood stasis.qi and blood deficiency) have similar proportion.2Chinese medicine treatment is effective on all four syndromes, which can reduce the symptoms of patients; Salle rating shows Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve the endometrial receptivity state.3Statistically analysis the TCM medication frequency of each menstrual cycle phase and syndrome, to obtain8compositions of medication that may have significance in clinical work.
