Research On Assessment And Countermeasures Of Continuing Medical Education Training System

Continuing medical education refers to the in-service training education conducted after the completion of medical college education and medical education after graduation. It aims to make medical professional and technical personnel to constantly learn new knowledge and new technology related to the major and keep up with the development of medical science. It is a continuation, supplement and improvement of the professional education. By establishing the system of continuing medical education training, it puts in continuing medical education resources and gives play to continuing medical education function so as to realize the objectives of continuing medical education.To further strengthen the system construction of continuing medical education training and improve the efficiency and quality of continuing medical education training, this research conducts investigation and survey on the realization of the continuing medical education training system in Wuxi through the way of questionnaire survey, analyzes the demand conditions of health professional and technical personnel on continuous improvement of continuing medical education training and provides basis for the study and formulation of improvement countermeasures.Through the performance evaluation of continuing medical education training and research on factors influencing satisfaction degree and evaluation, it can be obtained the present continuing medical education training has issues such as insufficient systematic design, antiquated procedures, less practical contents, scanty personalized differentiation and short of self evaluation.This research puts forward the following countermeasures on how to well conduct continuing medical education training on the current basis: optimizing the system arrangement and creating a good environment for the development of the continuing medical education; practical conducting needs survey of continuing medical education training ad improving the content correlation; actively using informationization means to create more convenient learning conditions; carrying out diversified training methods and providing personalized training content and performance appraisal; strengthening the research on continuing medical education training and continuously improving the training system.
