Clinical Observation Of Alteirng Yi Fu San Bao Decoction Combined With GP Regimen In The Treatment Of Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cance

Objective：Clinical observation of pathological status of pre on advanced lungcancer complicated based on advanced lung cancer in rousing, that should be paid thesame attention to nurse patients diet, emotion, sleep. And that the advanced non smallcell lung cancer (NSCLC) treatment, should be in line with the "basic principles oftreatment to keep people", put forward the concrete treatment measures: Furighteousness, flatulence, and spirit, sleep. Using the experience to yi fu san bao tangaddition and subtraction, the clinical therapeutic effect from a clinical perspective toobserve the combined with modern medicine chemotherapy in the treatment ofadvanced NSCLC and the quality of life in patients with.Methods：In the principle of random and control by diagnostic,entrance andexclusion standard, screen60qualified patients and divide into30cases in thetreatment group and30cases in the control group by the admission to hospotial order.Two groups of patients in the age, gender, pathological type and the clinical stages,there was no obviously difference and comparable (P>0.05). Both groups was gaveGP chemotherapy, and the treatment group took altering yi fu san bao decoction.Obersve the comparation continuously in clinical efficiency, symptoms, quality of lifescore, weight, the change of the tumor markers and adverse reaction after two weeks’treatment.Results： Giving altering yi fu san bao decoction combined with GPchemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, quality of life, stableand gain weight, reduce blood and gastrointestinal adverse reaction. But in thereducing and stabling of lesion there was no significant statistically. Two groups ofliver and kidney adverse reaction were not obvious.Conclusion： Take altering yi fu san bao decoction combined with GPchemotherapy had the same recent efficiency with the simple chemotherapy in thetreatment of NSCLC. But the treatment group was improved obviously better than thecontrol group in the symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, loss of appetiteand etc. The survival quality of patients was improved. It improved significantly inthe leukopenia, hemoglobin reduce, thrombocytopenia, nausea, vomiting and otheradverse reactions comparing with the control group. Consequently, combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treating NSCLC had certainadvantages, it can be used as the effective and low toxin treatment scheme in NSCLC.
