The Clinical Observation Of Treating Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer With Radix Ophiopogon Decoction

Objective:To observe the Radix Radix decoction for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients with advanced.Methods:We met the inclusion criteria of 60 patients, randomized, controlled group method, divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group Radix Radix decoction (150ml/times,2 times a day) therapy, the control group, KLT soft capsules (6/times,2 times a day) treatment.21 days for treatment, rest 7 days the next course of treatment, once every two courses. Both groups were the same symptomatic and supportive therapy (treatment during the ban taking any other anti-cancer drugs). The main symptoms improve before and after the treatment group compared with the control group, the change in quality of life, tumor changes, tumor markers, blood analysis, liver and kidney function, blood coagulation and the like.Results:In terms of symptom remission after treatment, symptom scores, Radix Radix decoction treatment group was significantly higher than the control group KLT soft capsules, there are significant differences (P<0.05); Radix Ophiopogon Decoction group after treatment KPS scoring was increased by 83.33%,73.33% higher than the KLT soft capsule group, although no significant difference (P> 0.05), but the quality of life of two groups of patients have been some improvement, and Radix Radix Tonga Save group than the group KLT soft capsules; Radix Ophiopogon Decoction group after treatment foci stable rate 83.33%, compared with 76.67% KLT soft capsule set high, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), two groups can be explained to some extent stable tumor; after Radix Ophiopogon Decoction treatment group CEA, CY211 and KLT soft capsule group showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), but the treatment group than the control group decreased significantly, indicating Radix Radix decoction a slight advantage in terms of reducing tumor markers compared with KLT soft capsules; two groups of patients blood analysis, liver and kidney function, blood coagulation compared the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) before and after treatment; although some patients with constipation, bloating, skin rashes and other adverse reactions, after symptomatic treatment disappeared or improved does not affect the medication, and reversible after discontinuation.Conclusion:Radix Ophiopogon Decoction can alleviate clinical symptoms in patients with advanced primary lung cancer and improve the quality of life of patients, the tumor is stable, reduce the level of tumor markers, the treatment effect was better than KLT soft capsules.
