Take out stitches after7days, the standard preoperative and postoperative photos contrast, and outpatient follow-up, standard followed for photos.Results:The group of20patients without local infection, bleeding, cleft, incision were stage I heal. Postoperative follow-up time shortest1months,6months,4months on average. Results in labial arch wire continuity is good, the shape is symmetrical, not obvious scar, restore good appearance.Conclusion:This improved method fixed-point and incision design simple, less post-operative scarring, and in the contour line, good symmetry after surgery, the surgeon can maximize the recovery nasolabial appearance, surgical results were satisfactory, is a viable unilateral cleft lip repair improved surgical methods.
