Objective: This study was conducted to learn unilateral cleft lip surgical and effects;Learn physical and mental health of families of children with unilateral cleft lip as a result of disease and life;Learn the families of children with unilateral cleft lip awareness of the disease and the satisfaction of surgical repair;Study unilateral cleft lip repair after the merger lip and nasal deformity late surgical repair mode and effects;Study the patient's personality and the level of satisfaction with surgery.The aim of this study was to evaluate patients and their families comprehensive to supply information for further clinical work.Methods: Two self-administered questionnaires(SAS and SCL-90)and one selfdesigned questionnaire were applied in 29 parents having children with cleft lip,compared to 37 parents of healthy individuals.Two self-administered questionnaires(EPQ and SCL-90)and one self-designed questionnaire were applied in 35 patients with Cleft lip after surgery,compared to 20 people of healthy individuals.Results: Whether one or two surgical patients in the survey have shown abnormal mental state,For different types of patients choose the appropriate surgical approach can achieve better surgical results.Conclusion: The first operation should focus orbicularis muscle repair,Post-surgical options appropriate surgical approach depending on the circumstances.Whether families or cleft lip patients require ongoing psychological support. |
