prevalence rate of cleft lip is about 1.82‰in China and the prevalence rate is 1.96‰in XinJing region, roughly calculated , new cleft lip patients is up to 25,000 each year.The current treatment method is sequent treatment of surgicenter, unilateral cleft lip operation adopts Tennison and Millard methods ,bilateral cleft lip adopts straight line suture method repair . These methods have effectively solved the problem of children`s facial deformity, but cheiloplasty itself exists diversity, complexity and operating flexibility,so we still need a space visual multimedia platform for postoperative mystery of face type,the young physician training,the communication between doctors and patients and so on.With the rapid development of computer technology and graphics, virtual surgery is widely applied in medicine. We established a child's head model using 3D animation software (3D Studio Max or 3dsmax) in this text, and established unilateral and bilateral cleft lip model on the basis of the child's head model , realized noding, lineation, cuting and suture operation in the process of unilateral and bilateral cleft lip repair, finally, imported the model into ANSYS and gived it skin material properties.The structural analysis of oral and maxillofacial tissue is simulated by finite element analysis software in order to find out the biggest area by force stress during the operation,the realization of the virtual cleft lip repair operation shows the feasibility of the method, provides an effective 3d visualization simulation platform for maxillofacial surgery. Meanwhile, the results of finite element analysis to maxillofacial tissue provide theoretical basis for clinician making surgery scheme and the concrete operating in the scheme. |
