More and more medical institutions are highly valued the staff training, whichis as an effective way to improve the quality of hospital staff levels and the overallcompetitiveness of the hospital. Staff professional competence and professional levelof security has become one of the core elements of the hospital development. Toachieve efficient operation of hospital management and production, training and theintroduction of high-quality talent has become the established goals of hospital humanresource management.Based on the goals of long-term development of Hebei General Hospital, throughthe case study on training of the hospital, to find the deficiencies in current hospitalstaff training work.From the perspective of hospital staff professional development, toinvestigate the career development demand of the doctors, nurses, and administrativepersonnels respectively, by taking the literature data method, questionnaire method andempirical study method and other research methods.And then the related datacollection, statistics and analysis has been finished. It indicates that93.2%of thedoctors take their career development and career planning seriously;75.3%of thedoctors’ current work and career overall satisfaction is low;94.6%of doctors are notsatisfied with current working status;85.9%of doctors think that his treatment andincome does not match with the work. Hospital nurses’ overall job satisfaction is inlow status. The lowest satisfaction rate is pointed to the income, the second is thepersonal security, occupational status, etc.. They have strong expectation for personalcareer development.95.1%of the technicians take their career development and careerplanning seriously;76.5%of the technicians on current job have low careersatisfaction. The main reason of the career dissatisfaction for the technician to is due tothe salary. From the survey of management staff career development, we can see thathospital guidance for administrative personnels’ career planning is not enough.Administrative personnels’professional planning consciousness is indifferent.The title promotion system of management series is lack. By surveying the otherlogistics services personnel,we found that97%of the staff don’t learn the careerdevelopment and the concept of career planning;95.6%of the staff has low overallsatisfaction in the current work. Hospital staff pay much more attention to the theprofessional development, which reflects the employees training working need to beimproved. To a certain extent, it has affected the hospital development strategy andhindered the long-term development of the hospital.On the basis of the career development theory, the paper discussed to build anew staff training system and put forward PDCA quality control method for trainingmanagement work, in the support of organization, system, policy, capital and time.Through the establishment of the training system, hope to further strengthen thehospital staff training system of scientific management, realize the goal of HebeiGeneral Hospital, and provide reference for the training management practice of themedical system.
