Clinical Studies Of Elderly Patients With Isolated Systolic Hypertension Treated By The Prescription Of Gouteng

Objective: Efficacy elderly patients with isolated systolichypertension treated by Gouteng prescription based on pingganxiehuo,qingrejiedu.Methods:Select Cardiology wards and outpatients from the Affiliated Hospital ofShandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, was diagnosed asisolated systolic hypertension (ganhuokangsheng) of80patients wererandomly divided into two groups of40cases, respectively, as the test groupand the control group.Treatment group use basic medicine valsartan tablet(Ping Xin) treatment plus the prescription of Gouteng.Control group use thesimple application of valsartan tablet treatment. Improvement of clinicalsymptoms and blood pressure before and after treatment.Results:①Antihypertensive efficacy of the experimental group isbetter than the control group.②Treatment group, and systolic bloodpressure decreased steadily declined more than in the control group, and inlowering systolic blood pressure at the same time does not reduce the negativeeffects brought diastolic.③Clinical improvement in the treatment group isbetter than the control group.Conclusion: Experiments show that combined western medicine side the prescription of Gouteng significant antihypertensive effect, whilesignificantly improving the role of the clinical symptoms.
