Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction In Treatment Of Hypertension With Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity

Objective:In this study,we observed the hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity by treated with Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction and preliminarily explore its hypotensive mechanism.Methods:The 100 patients were chosed from December 2016 to December2017 in Yunnan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,witch were diagnosised of hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.The 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the matched group.The sample size of the two groups was 50 cases.The matched group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets,5mg 1 time,and 1 time a day.And the treatment group was added the particles of Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction on the basis of Amlodipine Besylate Tablet,3 times a day.4 weeks for a course of treatment.After 1 course of treatment,observed the level of blood pressure of two groups before and after,the TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after,and the effect of lowering blood pressure.Evaluated and compared with statistical analysis.Results:During the treatment,there are 2 cases were lost and 5 cases were eliminated in the treatment group.And in the matched group,there are 3 cases were lost and 4 cases were eliminated.In the end,there are 43 cases in the treatment group and 43 in the matched group.(1)The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 90.7%,which in the matched group was 67.4%.The TCM syndrome scores after treatment in two groups were significantly improved than before(P<0.01),and the treatment group's improvement of clinical syndromes was significantly better than that of the matched group(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,thetreatment group was significantly different from the matched group in improving the waist acid and tinnitus(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the improvement of vertigo,headache,five upset hot,palpitation and insomnia(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference between the matched group in improving the weak knee and forgetfulness(P>0.05).(3)The SBP and DBP after treatment were significantly decreased in two groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the matched group in lowering blood pressure(P<0.05).(4)no adverse reaction was found in all two groups.Conclusion: Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,can play an auxiliary role in reducing blood pressure.At the same time,in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,it is better than western medicine.This study enriches the theoretical content of TCM in the treatment of hypertension,and affirms the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of hypertension.
