| Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the therapeutic effects of Tianma Gouteng Yin Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertension and to clarify its clinical efficacy.In order to help patients with Hypertension stable antihypertensive,lower heart rate,improve clinical symptoms and quality of life,provide an effective theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of hypertension,but also lay the foundation for the future study of hypertension.Material and method:This study was conducted from January 2017 to January 2018 in patients who went to cardiology and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation outpatient clinic or hospitalized in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,diagnosed of stage 2or 3 hypertension in Western medicine,and in line with traditional Chinese medicine "liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome ",a total of 66 patients with diagnostic criteria.According to random number table method group,66 patients can be divided into treatment group 33 cases and control group 33 cases in this paper.They were treated as observers for 4 weeks.Treatment: control group,taking Levamlodipine maleate tablets 1 tablet / day(2.5mg per tablet),plus metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets half a day(47.5mg per tablet).4 weeks for a course of treatment,after 4 weeks observation the effect.Treatment group: Western medicine treatment with the control group,plus take traditional Chinese medicine decoction Tianma Gouteng Yin addition and subtraction:Tianma 15 g,Uncaria 20g(after the next),Cassia 20g(Xian Jian),Achyranthes 20 g,Eucommia 20 g,Sang parasitic 20 g,Night Kadoi 30 g,Hopi 30 g,Gardenia 20 g,skullcap 10 g,Motherwort 20 g,Fu Shen 20 g.The First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University decoction decoction machine decoction,a decoction 3 bags,100 ml per bag,and oral administration of a bag half an hour after breakfast and dinner.4 weeks for a course of treatment,4 weeks after the observation effect.The indexes of two groups were evaluated: the average 24-hour blood pressure,the average blood pressure during the day and night,the coefficient of variation of blood pressure,the 24-hour heart rate,the daytime and nighttime heart rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups before and after the SF-36 quality of life total score Than the effective rate oftraditional Chinese medicine symptoms and so on.Results: 1.The effective rate of TCM symptom score: By statistical analysis and comparison,The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.25%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.000 <0.05).2.24 h ambulatory blood pressure: 24 hours before treatment,systolic and diastolic blood pressure(24h SBP,24 h DBP),daytime systolic and diastolic blood pressure(d SBP,d DBP),nighttime systolic and diastolic blood pressure(n SBP,n DBP).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),which was comparable.The average values of 24 h SBP,24 h DBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP and n DBP in both groups were improved after treatment(P = 0.000 <0.05).After treatment,24 h SBP,24 h DBP,n SBP,n DBP group comparison(P = 0.013,0.030,0.000,0.023 <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups in d SBP,d DBP(P> 0.05).3.Blood pressure coefficient of variation(BPV): There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment about BPV: 24 h SBP,24 h DBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP,n DBP coefficient of variation(P = 0.740?0.978?0.751?0.432?0.313?0.199>0.05),which is comparable.The BPV of the two groups before and after treatment were compared respectively.After treatment,the coefficients of variation of 24 h SBP,24 h DBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP and n DBP after treatment were all significantly improved(P = 0.000 <0.05).After treatment,the differences of 24 h SBP,24 h DBP,n SBP and n DBP between the two groups were statistically significant(P = 0.028,0.009,0.007,0.037 <0.05),but there was no significant difference between d SBP(P = 0.170> 0.05)and d DBP(P = 0.925> 0.05).4.Heart rate: Before and after treatment,the two groups had significant difference(P <0.01),which showed that both groups had the effect of reducing 24 h heart rate,daytime heart rate and nighttime heart rate.Before treatment,24 h heart rate,daytime heart rate and nighttime heart rate comparison between two groups have no significant difference(P> 0.05),which can be comparable.The 24 h heart rate and night heart rate of the two groups were compared after treatment(P = 0.014,0.025 <0.05),daytime heart rate comparison(P = 0.400> 0.05).Theresults showed that the treatment group decreased heart rate 24 hours and nighttime heart rate better than the control group,while reducing the daytime heart rate in both groups had no differences.5.SF-36 Quality of Life Points: The results of SF-36 Quality of Life Scale before and after treatment showed that two groups in eight dimensions(physical function,physiological function,social function,body ache,emotional function,mental health,general Health status and energy)were significantly improved after treatment,and there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in four dimensions of physiological function(PF),mental health(MH),social function(SF)and general health status(GH),which were better than the control group.It can show the advantages of Chinese medicine therapy to improve the quality of life of the treatment once again.Before and after treatment,the physical function,emotional function,body pain and energy of both groups were significantly improved,with no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both Tianma Gouteng Yin Decoction combined with basic conventional treatment of Western medicine and basic conventional treatment of hypertension with Western medicine are effective.2.Tianma Gouteng Yin Decoction combined with basic conventional treatment of Western medicine is more effective than in treating patients with hypertension in basic conventional treatment of Western medicine.3.TCM syndrome efficacy score of treatment group is higher than the control group,indicating that Tianma Gouteng Yin Decoction can help alleviate hypertensive patients with dizziness,irritability irritation,redness,dry mouth and other symptoms significantly.4.Treating hypersvtivity of liver yang patients with Tianma Gouteng Yin Decoction patients can further reduce 24-hour's blood pressure and night blood pressure,as well as BPV,so as to reduce the fluctuation of blood pressure.5.Tianma Gouteng Yin Decoction combined with Western medicine can reduce 24 h heart rate and night heart rate,at which it is better than the control group,while reducing the daytime heart rate in both groups was comparable.6.The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in the four dimensions of physical function(PF),mental health(MH),social function(SF),and general health status(GH),showing the therapeutic advantages of TCM therapy for improving quality of life again.7.Tianma Gouteng Yin Decoction has no adverse reactions and side effects,which is safe and effective and worthy of clinical application. |
