Objective:Bronchial asthma is a slow inflammatory disease of the respiratory tract that is involved in a variety of cell and cell components. There is usually a wide variety of reversible airflowconstraints.Mycoplasma pneumoniae is an important pathogen of children’s respiratory tract infection.Azithromycinis safe and widely used in pediatrics clinic. This experiment study the relationship between mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, azithromycin treatment factors and severity of asthma and relief, alleviating conditions and inflammatory factors TGFβ1,il-4 and IFN y.Methods:Randomly selected 108 children with the first time of asthma complicated by the children with initial attacks of asthma infected by pneumonia mycoplasma and no pneumoniae mycoplasma infection as experimental groups. The group with asthma attack without mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was divided into 2 groups, they were azithromycin treatment group and non-azithromycin treatment group(in addition to the treatment of azithromycin, other treatment regimens were the same as that of azithromycin). The children who got healthy check-upin our hospital were selected as control group.1.The clinical symptoms and signs of asthma attack were recorded in the experimental group. The degree of the children’s illnesswas classified as mild, moderate and severe.Follow-up for one and a half years, recorded the number of asthma per group of children.According to the clinical symptoms and signs were alleviated 5 days after treatment with azithromycin group and non-azithromycin treatment group, and it can be divided into significantly effective and effective.2.Lung function was measured in children in the experimental group and control group. The pulmonary function of azithromycin group and non-azithromycin group was determined after 5 days.3.Cytokine determination:the expression levels of TGFβ1,il-4 and INF γ in serum of children in the experimental group with asthma attack and healthy control group. The expression levels of TGFβ1,il-4 and IFN y in venous blood were determined 5 days before and after treatment with azithromycin treatment group and non-azithromycin treatment group.Results:1.The severity of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae was higher than that of mycoplasma pneumoniae, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The follow-up results showed that the children with pneumoconiosis were more than 3 times more than those with pneumonia mycoplasma negative group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the curative effect of azithromycin treated group was better than non-azithromycin treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The indicators of TPTEF/TE,VPEF/VE%%,FVC,FEV1,PEF,MEF75%,MEF50%in the group of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae positive were smaller than that of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae negative group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indicator of MEF25%was no statistically significant of the children from the mycoplasma pneumoniae positive group and mycoplasma pneumoniae negative group. The indicators of TPTEF/TE,VPEF/VE%%,FVC,FEV1,PEF,MEF75%%%,MEF50,MEF25 in the children of mycoplasma pneumoniae positive group and mycoplasma pneumoniae negative group were smaller than the healthy children of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the indicators of TPTEF/TE,VPEF/VE%%,FVC,FEVI,PEF,MEF75%,MEF50%and MEF25%in the children of azithromycin treatment group and azithromycin treatment group both significant decreased, and the differences are significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The change of azithromycin group was higher than that of non-azithromycin treatment group.3.The expression level of TGF β1,IL-4 of the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae positive group were higher than negative group of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of TGF β1,IL-4 of the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae positive group and negative group were significantly higher than the control group of children, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of IFN γ of the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae positive group was similar to the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae negative groups, and it had no statistical difference.Theexpression level of IFN y of the two groups of children are lower than the control group, and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of TGF β1,IL-4 of the children from azithromycin treatment group and no azithromycin treatment group was reduced after treatment, and the IFN γ expression level was higher after treatment. There both were differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The change of azithromycin group was higher than that of non-azithromycin treatment group.Conclusions:1.Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can aggravate the severity of asthma attack;2.Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can reduce the expression of TGF β1 and increase the expression of il-4,increase the proportion of il-4/IFN γ,and participate in the development of asthma, and aggravate the condition of asthma.3.Azithromycin can reduce the expression level of il-4/IFNγ and increase the expression level of TGF β1,accelerate the alleviation of bronchial asthma, and shorten the course of bronchial asthma.
