Objects: By the investigaion of clinical cases of infantile anorexia,exploring thecharacteristics of the pathogenesis of infantile anorexia and TCM Syndromes of TCM, andto seek the disease classification rules, to provide an objective basis for the clinicaltreatment of the disease.Methods: Through the investigation of clinical data collected from180patients withoutpatient cases,establish relevant database,descriptive analysis,using SPSS17.0statisticalsoftware frequency analysis, correlation analysis of incidence of infantile anorexia andTCM syndromes and syndrome differentiation factors, establish the main card of thedisease symptoms of.Results:1.characteristics of the disease: the male to female ratio was1.381:1, mainlyconcentrated in the age of3years old to7years old (preschool), onset season mainly insummer, followed by autumn, the course focuses on more than one year. Thecharacteristics of syndromes, syndrome:2syndromes of spleen type for infantile anorexia,accounted for41.7%of TCM syndromes, Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach typeaccounted for36.1%, accounting for17.2%of the spleen and stomach yin deficiency type,qi stagnation and blood stasis type accounted for1.7%, the stagnation of liver Qi typeaccounted for1.1%, accounting for2.2%of spleen stomach damp heat type.Conclusion: Infantile anorexia TCM types are the spleen, Qi deficiency of spleen andstomach type, yin deficiency of spleen and stomach, spleen and stomach damp heat, qistagnation and blood stasis, liver qi stagnation type, has the correlation of main syndromeand age, course of disease, incidence, etiological factors.
