Chiropractic Clinical Studies Of Patients With Different Syndromes Of Infantile Anorexia

ObjectivesBased on the view of combining with differentiation of disease and differentiation of syndrome ,through observing the curative effect of the Chiropractic therapy to infantile anorexia, discuss the different curative effect of the Chiropractic therapy to four tapes of syndrome in infantile anorexia and to find some symptoms related with syndrome which the Chiropractic therapy are adapt.MethodClinical observation cases originate from 2006 to 2007 the Guang' an Gate hospital department of pediatrics outpatient. Clinical design was foresightedness,parallel comparison, as well as randomized controll- ed. According to the standard of diagnoses of the《the traditional Chinese medicine New Medicine Clinical Research Guiding principle (Implementation)》,as well as based on the standard of Chinese medicine syndrome, four tapes of syndrome as the object of study, there were 30 patients in each syndrome, used Chiropractic ,in which set up an oral medicine control group in the weakness of spleen and stomach syndrome, there are 28 examples in the control group which use the huashixiaoji-Oral liquid (courtyard preparation).The observation cycle was a week, through the observation around the improvement of the appetite, as well as the improvement of accumulate points of syndrome and influence of urinates the D-xylose excretion rate.Result1 The data of this study: there are 148 patients of this study, 58 in the weakness of spleen and stomach syndrome group, 30 in the liver prosperous and spleen deficiency syndrome group, 30 in the Yin deficiency of spleen and stomach, 30 in incoordination between the spleen and the stomach group,and the the weakness of spleen and stomach syndrome group are divided into two group,the group of is 30 in the treatment group and 28.in control group. 2 Outcome of base-situation:there were no statistical differences between the four groups in sex,age,average weight,total marks of appetite.3①The comparison of the curative effect: the effective rate of the four groups was 93.3%,80%,73.3%,76.7%,there were no significant differ- rence between the four groups (P >0.05).②the improvement is obvious in the chief symptom appetite before and after treatment,the subordina- tion symptom, such as the complexion and abdominal distension, tired in the spleen deficiency syndrome group, the urgent and urinate yellow in the liver prosperous and spleen deficiency syndrome group , drink much in the Yin deficiency of spleen and stomach group, vomit in the incoor-dination between the spleen and the stomach group.③The comparison between Chiropractic and medicine group :the effective rate was 93.3% in the Chiropractic group and the effective rate was 82.1% in the medi- cine group, there were significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05);④the comparison of urinates the D- xylose excretion rate of the four group ,the rate is no significant difference between the spleen deficiency syndrome group and liver prosperous and spleen deficiency syndrome group(p>0.05), Indicate the urinates D- xylose excretion rate was not declined notable of the syndrome except by the the spleen deficiency syndrome, and there was significant difference in the the spleen deficiency syndrome group and liver prosperous and spleen deficiency syndrome group before and after treatment (p<0.05), there was no significant difference in Yin deficiency of spleen and stomach group and in the incoordination between the spleen and the stomach group before and after treatment (p>0.05).Conclusion1 The title was based on the research of the ancient and modern medical knowledge, the clinical research of the Chiropractic therapy to Infantile anorexia, guided by the standard of the differentiation of syndrome of infantile anorexia, through clinical observation from my teacher,in the view of differentiation of syndrome, select four tapes syndrome in infantile anorexia as the object,a train of thought was obser- ving the different curative effect in the Chiropractic therapy to four tapes of syndrome in infantile anorexia;2 Applied the treatment based on syndrome differentiation, tied with the differentiation of disease and differentiation of syndrome,It was helpful to the studies of syndro- me ,Infantile anorexia and Chiropractic therapy;3 the result of this title manifested that it is useful of Chiropractic therapy to infantile anore- xia ,better than the group of using medicine; Difference of curative effect of Chiropractic therapy to four different syndrome of infantile anorexia is not notable by analysing after statistics, the curative effect of some symptom is obvious,such as the complexion, tired,urgent, abdominal ,distension drink much, yellow urinate,vomit,these symptoms may adapt symptom to Chiropractic therapy.4 Because the problem of time, funds,a few sample, shortcoming of the micro-differentiation of syndro- me, this study embody a thought of studying ,the result is only prelimi- nary, hoping to have the chance to confirm this experiment by enhancing sample book amounts and adding the objective index.
