Analysis About The Distribution Laws Of TCM Syndrome And Related Factors Of Obese Suspected PCOS

Objective:To study the distribution laws of TCM syndrome and relevant factors ofobese suspected PCOS.Methods:Using clinical epidemiological survey method of the patients’ basicinformation,four diagnostic data of TCM,related inspection and factors,set up adatabase,analyze the data by SPSS,then come to conclusions.Results:Through the syndromes distribution of three main card type summarized inthe study which collect150cases of suspected obese PCOS,namely spleen phlegm,bloodstasis syndrome,kidney yang deficiency That the proportion of46.7%,24.0%,20.0%.Othersyndromes type only accounts for9.3%.The degree Ⅱobese patients of spleen phlegm issignificantly higher than other syndromes group.The PCOS patients for more women ofreproductive age,mainly concentrated in the age between20～39years old that accountedfor90.7%;University degree or above accounted for64.7%;The staffs account for51.3%;85.3%of the patients are mainly to Ⅰdegree of obese.52.7%of patients exhibitcentral obesity.Hirsutism and acne of the patients account for46.7%,72.7%.Conclusions:Spleen phlegm is the main syndrome type of obese suspectedPCOS,then blood stasis syndrome ang kidney yang deficiency followed by.The root of thedisease is spleen and kidney.Phlegm and stasis is its branch.
