Objective: To explore the related factors of the occurrence and development of non-obesity polycystic ovary syndrome, and to study the distribution of TCM syndromes of the disease,so as to provide epidemiological basis for the effective prevention and treatment of non-obesity polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,115 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the case group, and 115non-obese women who had physical examinations at the same time in the physical examination center and had no normal menstrual cycle were selected as the control group.A single-factor analysis method was used to analyze the non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Case-control analysis of the factors related to the incidence of non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome in 115 patients with descriptive statistical classification, combined with gynecological experts Diagnosis and Syndrome Differentiation and classification of each patient to study the distribution of TCM syndromes.Result:1.The average age of patients with non-obesity polycystic ovary syndrome is 23(20,26),the average age of the control group is 28(23,35)years old,the disease occurs in women aged20-29 years,a total of 77 cases,The proportion is 66.96%;non-obese PCOS is younger than non-obese healthy women, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);non-obese PCOS patients are mainly undergraduate degree,a total of 67 cases, accounting for 58.26% of the total number of cases,There are statistical differences between non-obese healthy women(P < 0.05);non-obese PCOS patients are mainly students,49 cases, accounting for42.61% of the total number of cases;there are statistical differences with non-obese healthy women(P<0.05);Obese PCOS patients are mainly unmarried,a total of 78 cases, accounting for 67.83% of the total number of cases, which is statistically different from non-obese healthy women(P<0.05);there are 66 patients with sexual life history in non-obese PCOS patients, accounting for the total number 57.39%,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The waist circumference of non-obese PCOS patients is 80.89 ± 3.96 cm,which is thicker than that of non-obese healthy women, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the waist-to-hip ratio of non-obese PCOS patients is 0.83 ± 0.04,which is higher than that of non-obese healthy women;non-obese type compared with non-obese healthy women,PCOS patients are more prone to menstrual cycle disorders, hairiness, acne, greasy skin, eating disorders, stress, anxiety, and stress, there are statistical differences between non-obese healthy women and non-obese PCOS patients(P<0.05).Compared with non-obese healthy women, the ratio of father's baldness and the rate of close menstrual disorders were higher and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Non-obese PCOS patients participated in physical exercise less than non-obese healthy women, but there was a higher weight loss rate and dieting rate, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups were in height, weight,BMI,sexual life status, hip circumference,Menstrual days, menstrual volume, menstrual color, menstrual texture, maternal diabetes history, three meals regularity, diet structure, diet taste, sleep habits, sleep time, sleep quality, drinking, passive smoking, weight loss pills, disposable plastic cups There is no statistical difference in history.3.The top three syndrome types of 115 non-obese PCOS patients in this study were spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome, and spleen deficiency phlegm and dampness syndrome.22.61%,20.87%,and 16.52%respectively;the top five most frequent signs are dark menstruation, late menstruation, thirst, dry throat, premenstrual breast tenderness, and cold waist;the most frequent tongue signs are:The tongue is light and tender;the pulse that appears most frequently is a thin pulse.Conclusion:1.The incidence of non-obese PCOS patients has an age-focused trend, which is more common in early women of childbearing age from 20 to 29 years old,and is more common among undergraduate college students.2.Non-obese PCOS is a disease in which multiple factors work together and influence each other. From a genetic point of view, father's baldness and close menstruation disorders may be genetic risk factors for non-obese PCOS;dietary disorders and lack of physical exercise may be Risk factors for lifestyle habits causing metabolic disorders;thick waist circumference, high waist-to-hip ratio, menstrual cycle disorders, hairiness, acne, greasy skin, nervous anxiety, and high stress are both clinical manifestations of non-obese PCOS and may further aggravate the condition Risk factors;excessive weight loss and dieting may be the cause of non-obese PCOS patients' obesity.3.The distribution of TCM syndromes of non-obese PCOS patients is different. The syndromes of spleen and kidney yang deficiency are the most common. The syndromes of kidney deficiency, liver depression, spleen deficiency and phlegm and dampness are also common TCM syndromes that need clinical attention. It is the dialectical key points that need to be paid attention to is that the four clinics are combined.4.Metabolic disorders of non-obese PCOS patients are lighter than obese patients. It may continue with the continuous increase of risk factors such as dietary disorders and lack of physical exercise as the age of patients increases. The condition will continue to increase, and may even become obese PCOS.
