The Conceptual Distinction Of TCM And WM In Obese PCOS Patient With Deficiency Of Kidney And Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome

Background : Traditional Chinese medicine is the product of experience medicine,different from objective diagnosis,the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine for the diagnosis of disease definition of subjectivity,relatively obscure.Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is widespread in childbearing age women's disease,obesity is one of the main symptoms of PCOS,TCM determination method to the diagnosis of obesity mainly inspection,this method has a certain subjectivity.And clinical research in obesity obesity diagnosis index instead of the traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in the diagnosis of grouping,obesity await excavation connotation of traditional Chinese medicine.Objective: To explore the difference of obesity symptom in kidney sickness phlegm dampness syndrome and obesity in western medicine connotation.Looking for more relevant in the certificate type measuring method,and sums up the anthropometry symptoms of obesity in kidney sickness phlegm dampness syndromes.Provide the basis for clinical syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Taking the information of 133 patients(with 71 kidney sickness phlegm dampness syndromes patients and 62 no-phlegm dampness syndrome patients in)whom visited SDTCM Reproductive and Genetic Center for PCOS,Recording their anthropometry,filling in the clinical cases observation table and four diagnostic evaluation table,will all data entry Microsoft Excel database,and use SPSS 20.0statistical analysis,concluding discribing analysis for all,deal TCM observation diagnosis with anthropometry diagnosis in Kappa test for consistency,and with screen test with conformity,drawing the ROC Curse,and logistic regression for frequently syndromes and anthropometry diagnostics.Result:Waist circumference,BMI,waist to hip ratio,waist to stature ratio had the statistical differences on diagnostic consistency with observation diagnosis(P <0.05)In TCM observation diagnosis for reference,conformity degree is higher to low shows waist-to-stature ratio(96.99%),waist circumference(96.24%),waist-to-hip ratio(70.94%),BMI(90.98%),and the sensitivity of waist to stature ratio and waist circumference is higher(94.37%),waist-to-hip ratio associated with the fat and toothprinted tongue.(P = 0.022)while the other symptoms shows no association with.Conclusion:Waist circumference,BMI,waist to hip ratio,waist to stature ratio had the statistical differences on diagnostic consistency with observation diagnosis.In TCM observation diagnosis for reference,waist to stature ratio than the conformity degree of the highest,shows that its consistency with TCM diagnosis is most close.Is almost the same waist circumference conformity degree with WSR,compared with a lower BMI,waist-to-hip ratio conforms to the degree of the lowest,and the sensitivity of waist to stature ratio and waist circumference is higher,which means that WSR and waist circumference is more meaningful for the reference of TCM observation diagnosis.Of(among)all the observation group of patients with typical symptoms,waist-to-hip ratio associated with fat and tooth-printed tongue.(P = 0.022)...
