Acupuncture Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Pph Postoperative Urinary Retention

Objective:Observating the clinical effect of the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of urinary retention after PPH.Methods:60cases of patients of urinary retention after PPH, Randomly divided into treatment and control groups,30patients in each group. Treatment group uses the acupuncture and moxibustion,control group uses the intramuscular injection of neostigmine,and then observing the effect after treatment, compairing the both groups as the first time of urination,the situation of urination,the symptoms of alvine,the rest quantity of urination,the recurrence after curing,and the vital signs.Results:Clinical results show:to observate the60patients, the results show that:the treatment group has better effect than the control group. The comparison of the degree of urinary retention and symptoms before and after treatment has significant difference.(P<0.05)Conclusion:The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of urinary retention after PPH is a safe and active treatment,and it is easily accepted by patients,easily used and has no side effect.It worths promoted broadly.
