The Clinical Observation Of The Different Methods Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

BackgroundProlapse of lumbar intervertebral disc (hereinafter referred to as the waist intervertebral disc disease) refers to the processes of nucleus pulposus annulus fibrosus rupture, penetrate the spinal canal, oppression spinal cord or spinal nerve root, being a group of comprehensive symptoms. According to statistics, for the patients having main symptoms of waist axon backleg pain, have the above 95%. Over the past decade, acupuncture treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc clinical reports increase gradually, some with acupuncture treatment, mainly by acupuncture therapy, or only with other with acupuncture as secondary with therapy. Acupuncture is waist axon disease good effect. From the current research situation of acupuncture therapy, although waist axon disease made progress, but also can see, current research and cannot produce a recognized the best treatment plan. Second is the lack of mechanism, mostly with clinical symptoms, lack of related indexes can reflect the curative effect.Objective:This article aims to explore the electro-acupuncture with moxibustion treatment clinical effect of Lumbar Disc Herniation, and compared with the pure electro-acupuncture, through the pain before and after treatment to improve symptoms, clinical and laboratory indicators for analysis and comparison in order to judge out of power acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation clinical efficacy and clinical value, and to observe the electro-acupuncture with moxibustion whether the treatment of lumbar disc herniation synergy, for the conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation to provide a safe, reasonable and effective treatment.Methods:In this study, patients with lumbar disc herniation were studied, a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture treatment group with Moxibustion 30 cases with simple electro-acupuncture group of 30 cases, observing a course of treatment. Using points, including HuanTiao, YangLingQuan, bilateral and ChengShan, kunlun, etc, chooseing Continuous wave, keeping 30 minutes, after acupuncture treatment of moxibustion again. Every treatment,10 times for treatment and rest 3 days, the period between successive 2 treatment. Before and after treatment of low back pain score were compared to evaluate straight leg raising test, the same time points before and after treatment to compare symptoms and signs, through its own control and the groups before and after contrast to the results of statistical analysis.Results:This study selected 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (electro-acupuncture+moxibustion) and the control group (simple electro-acupuncture), treatment group 30 cases, clinical cure in 3 cases, 19 cases were markedly effective in 7 cases, an invalid one cases. Control group,30 cases, the clinical cure 1 case, effective 10 cases, effective in 16 cases and 3 cases. The therapeutic effect through statistical analysis, the difference was significant (P＜0.05), treatment group was significantly higher. The observation group and the control group improved significantly the time required by statistical analysis, P<0.01, results showed that the treatment group in the treatment of onset time was significantly shorter than the observation group.The treatment group and control group after treatment, symptoms, signs, points of comparison, the t test, P<0.01,11 key symptoms and signs in the points after treatment there was significant difference between the control, indicating efficacy of the treatment group than the control group. Two groups of low back pain score compared without differences between the two (P>0.05), but the treatment group'score is lower, shows efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:1. Whether electro-acupuncture with moxibustion, or a simple method of electro-acupuncture may significantly improve the protrusion in patients with lumbar pain and other symptoms, but the former is slightly superior to the clinical effect of the latter:2. Electro-acupuncture with moxibustion on patients with lumbar disc herniation has a good therapeutic effect, the treatment of lumbar disc herniation an effective approach.
