The Curative Effect Observation Of Huang Ling Fukang Suppository Treating The Senile Vaginitis(Renal Deficiency And Humid Heat)

ObjectiveSenile Vaginitis is an elderly women disease which is commonly happened in clinic and has high relapse rate.On base of suppling renal,clearing away heat and moist,stopping itches,we use Huang Ling Fukang suppository to the Senile Vaginitis to observe the therapeutic effects,security and compare with Baofukang suppository,Huang Ling Fukang simulation suppository.The purpose is to lay the foundation for the drug' s clinical promotion.Methods1.Clinical data:All the patients came from the gynecological clinic of Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hubei province,from October,2007 to March,2008,to averagely randomize 70 patients to the treatment group(Huang Ling Fukang suppository,35 cases),the control group(Baofukang suppository,20 cases)and the blank control group(Huang Ling Fukang simulation suppository,15 cases). Through statistical analysis,the age,the course of disease,scores of TOM Syndrome before treatment and classification of disease of the three groups were comparability.2.Medical usage:The patients in treatment group took Huang Ling Fukang suppository 1 each time,q.n.d,plug into vaginal, the patients in the control group took Baofukang suppository 1 each time,q.n.d,plug into vaginal and the patients in the blank control group took Huang Ling Fukang simulation suppository 1 each time, q.n.d,plug into vaginal.One period of treatment was two weeks. During the period,others that would have an effect on the result were forbidden,including similar drugs. 3.Observation of efficacy and safety:TCM Syndrome of all patients were observed on the first day,the 7±1 day and 3-5 days of the end.Blood routine,urine routine,liver function(ALT), kidney function(Bun,Cr),electrocardiogram test,color of breast ultrasound,gynecological ultrasound,gynecological examination, vaginal cleanliness,vaginal exfoliated cells examination were taken before and after treatment.4.Statistical methods:After treatment,we analyzed the data. The measuring materials were examined with t-test and the one-way ANOVA,the counting materials were examined with X².We used the software of SPSS.V13.0 to deal with the data.Result1.Comparision of clinical effect:The total effective rates of clinical effect are 97.14%,90%and 40%in the three groups. There is not significant differece between treatment group and the control group,while the difference between treatment group and the blank control group is significant.2.Comparision of TCM Syndrome effect:The total effective rates of TCM Syndrome are 97.14%,85%and 33.33%in the three groups.There is not significant difference between treatment group and the control group,while the difference between treatment group and the blank control group is significant.3.Comparision of vaginal health score:In treatment group,there is significant difference before and after treatment. There is significant difference between treatment group and the blank control group.There is not significant difference between treatment group and the control group.4.Comparision of vaginal exfoliated cells examination:In treatment group,there is significant difference before and after treatment.There is significant difference between treatment group and the blank control group.There is not significant difference between treatment group and the control group.5.Comparision of FSH,E₂ indicators:In treatment group,there is not significant difference before and after treatment(P＞0.05). There are not significant difference among the three groups(P＞0.05).6.Adverse reactions and side effects:There are not any adverse reactions and side effects in both groups.And there is not significant difference in laboratory results before and after treatment in all groups.ConclusionObservations show that,through statistical analysis,there is not significant difference between Huang Ling Fukang suppository treatment group and Baofukang suppository control group.But there is significant difference between Huang Ling Fukang suppository treatment group and Huang Ling Fukang simulation suppository control group.The results of the observations show that Huang Ling Fukang suppository obviously improve the recovery of the patients. In a conclusion,Huang Ling Fukang suppository has a good foreground for clinic.
