The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Usually Recurrent Nephroitc Syndrome Infection Associated With Eijian Bloodletting Therapy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Usually Recurrent Nephrotic Syndrome(URNS) infection associated with Erjian bloodletting therapy.Aimed at the treatment ofthe disease looking for new, more safe and effective method.Methods: This study collected60cases patients which conform to the standard.Experimental group and control group are both30cases, two groups of treatment cycle is4weeks. The control group has hormones and CTX with conventional symptomatictreatment, the experimental group adds Erjian bloodletting therapy on the basis of thecontrol group. Observed two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and laboratoryindexes, quantitative recurrence rate, in the case of a change.Results: Disease curative effect of grading, treatment group total effective rate90.0%; Thecontrol group was66.7%. Statistical analysis was carried out on the two groups of cases,The treatment group in improving the patient’s clinical symptoms and laboratory indexeswere significantly better than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Erjian bloodletting therapy on treatment for URNS infection related havesignificant curative effect. Embodied in can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce urinary protein, improve hypoalbuminemia and hyperlipidemia, etc., and extend theremission of disease, reduce the recurrence rate.
