ObjectiveAccording to clinical research to observe the influence of Erjian bloodletting and electromagnetic therapy for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis in acute stage patients. And so as to explore the clinical symptoms, and is easy to operation and treatment.MethodWill meet the criteria60cases of facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into erjian bloodletting electric appliance with30cases in treatment group and control group of30cases of pure acupuncture. Two groups before and after treatment were facial nerve function score (H-B score) and facial blemish index (FDI rating), and the last SPSS17.0with statistical data.Result(1) Two groups of curative effect is:after treatment, the treatment group healed and powerfully number than the control group, the control group main outcome somewhere between blood and effective, the rank and inspection, a significant difference between the two groups, that the recovery of the patients with degree of the treatment group than in control group.(2) Two groups before and after treatment-B H score more:after treatment, two sets of patients H-B score significantly reduce, the treatment group and control group to improve facial nerve function in all effective, and the effect of the treatment group than in control group.(3) FDI score, improve patients’body function, the control group and the treatment group were curative effect, no obvious difference between curative effect; In improve patients’social function, the control group and the treatment group were curative effect, and effect of the treatment group than in control group.ConelusionsResearch shows that, tapering to bleed for acute period with electromagnetic therapy peripheral facial palsy symptoms, and whether the clinical symptom relief or facial nerve function improved, are clearly superior acupuncture group. In addition, the therapy also has short course, the advantage of high rate of recovery. As for acute stage clinical peripheral facial palsy patients optimal scheme.
