Clinical Study On Jieduhuoxuetang United Salieylazosufapyridine Intreating Of In Treating Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective:To evalute Jieduhuoxue tang united salicylazosulfapyridine sulfasalazinetreatment of ankylosing spondylitis clinical efficacy.To explore the ankylosingspondylitis TCM Etiology,Pathogenesis and new treatment.Methods:60selected patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided intotreatment grop(30cases),the control grop(30casea),patients in the treatment group wereadministered with Jieduhuoxue United salicylazosulfapyridine sulfasalazine,while those inthe control grop treated with salicylazosulfapyridine sulfasalazine. Total therapeutic coursewas6months. Adopting the ASAS20and BASDAI50standards developed byinternational ASAS Working Group and efficiency of TCM Syndromes criteria toevaluate the efficiency of Chinese medicine treatment of AS.Results: After treatment,the syndromes scors,physical signs,the primaryefficacy,inflammatory indexs of groups both improved. The ASAS20improvementrates reanched In the treatment group and the controled grop,were83%(25cases)and53%(16cases),and the BASDAI50standard percentage achieved was50%(15cases)and13%(4cases)respectively.The difference between the two groups was statisticallysignificant.Conclusion: Jieduhuoxue soup united salicylazosulfapyridine sulfasalazine can effectivelyalleviate the symptoms of patients with ankylosing spondylitis,signs,lower ESR and CRPremission of disease,security,worthy of clinical use.
