Clinical Research On The Effect Of Dandelion Detoxification Smoked Lotion On The Healing Of Surgical Wounds Of Perianal Abscess

Objective: Observe on the Effect of Dandelion detoxification smoked lotion on theHealing of Surgical Wounds of perianal abscess，and analyze the mechanism.Methods:60patients met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups. On thebasis of conventional therapy, since the first two days of surgery， the patients weresmoked and wash with Dandelion detoxification smoked lotion and Hua ziye soup，untilwound healing. Observed signs and symptoms in different time periods after surgery，including pain, wound exudate, swelling and wound granulation edge growth, etc., and berated; Record carrion off and wound healing time required. With the appropriate statisticalmethods to compare two groups of patients indicators, and for analysis and discussion.Results: Clinical studies shown that，in reducing the carrion shedding time,shorten thetime of wound healing, there was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the treatmentgroup and the control group; postoperative7d,14d,21d, the wound area reduced rate weresignificantly different (P <0.05); in improving aspects of wound exudate and secretionspostoperative7d,14d, the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05); in remissionearly postoperative wound edge edema, the postoperative7d, there were significantdifferences between the two groups (P <0.05); in promoting the growth of granulation,after the first7d,14d,21d between two groups were significantly different (P <0.05); inimproving postoperative wound pain, the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions: Dandelion detoxification smoked lotion for perianal abscess afteroperation, wound healing time was shorter than the control group; the wound-areareduced, slough off faster than those in the control group; in the improvement of perianalabscess after wound exudate, early edema,promoting the granulation growth effect is betterthan that of Compound Nepeta smoked lotion. The Dandelion detoxification smoked lotion has a good detoxification dampness, blood stasis swelling, Qufushengjiefficacy.Fumigation postoperative wound abscess,can promote wound healing, improvewound condition.
