| Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zishen lotion in the treatment of low perianal abscess with flaming heat and toxicity,to explore the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of Zishen lotion in promoting postoperative wound healing of perianal abscess,and to clarify its action and mechanism.Methods A total of 60 inpatients who were diagnosed with low perianal abscess(heat-toxin flaming type)from March 2021 to January 2022 in the Anorectal Department of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and all underwent abscess incision were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was fumigated with Zishen lotion after operation,and the control group was fumigated with potassium permanganate solution after operation.The overall curative effect,postoperative wound pain,wound secretions,wound edema,wound area and wound healing time were compared and recorded,and the conditions on the 2nd,7th,14 th,and 21 st days after operation were recorded respectively,record adverse reactions during the study,and follow up after recovery.Results In this study,none of the 60 patients fell off.The general conditions of the patients were compared,including gender,age,disease course,wound pain on the second day after surgery,edema on the second day after surgery,wound secretions on the 2nd postoperative day,the wound secretions and wound area on the 2nd day after the operation were compared and analyzed,all p>0.05,which was comparable.(1)Wound pain: the anal pain scores of the two groups on the 7th and 14 th days after operation were compared,p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;on the 21 st day after operation,there was no significant difference in the wound pain scores between the two groups,p>0.05.(2)Edema: On the 7th and 14 th days after the operation,the anal edema scores of the two groups were compared,p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;on the21 st day after the operation,the edema scores of the two groups were p>0.05,and the difference was not significant.(3)Situation of wound secretions: the scores of anal secretions between the two groups were compared on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after the operation,p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(4)Comparison of wound area: the comparison of anal wound area between the two groups on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after operation,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(5)Wound healing time: in the comparison between Zishen lotion group and potassium permanganate group,there was statistical significance(p<0.05).(6)There were no adverse reactions during the study,and no recurrence occurred in the follow-up after wound healing.Conclusion(1)Zishen lotion has good clinical effect on postoperative wound healing of low perianal abscess(heat-toxin flaming type),and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce pain,reduce wound secretions,and relieve Edema,promote wound healing and shorten the time of wound healing.(2)Zishen lotion has good safety in the treatment of low perianal abscess with flaming heat and toxicity,and there is no recurrence after wound healing,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
