Clinical Study Cooling Burnet Smoked Lotion In Moist Gauze In Burn Anointing Of Postoperative Anal Fissure

Objective: To observe the clinical application of Sanguisorba officinalis decoction combined with MEBO ointment in postoperative anal fissure.Methods: 60 cases of anal fissure old patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,the two groups were 30 cases.Postoperative treatment group received Burnet cooling lotion Fumigation Bath and smoked moist gauze dressing anointing oil burn,The control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution,fumigation bath and moist burn burn ointment,1 / d.Note carefully observe the wound dressing width and depth of the wound,wound pain,wound edge edema and granulation tissue growth,and more than five indicators quantify rates and carefully documented.Two groups of wound healing time,aspects of clinical symptoms and signs of efficacy and overall efficacies were compared before and after dressing.Result: The average healing time was 19.90 ± 2.19 days in the control group,the average healing time is relatively longer,to 22.87 ± 3.15 days,and healing in the treatment group was significantly faster than the control group(P<0.01);dressing 6 days,pain response rates were 93.33%,90.00% after treatment,after treatment edema rates were 84.62%,29.63%,the efficacy of the treatment of pain,the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05),reduce the efficacy of the treatment of edema,the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01);dressing 13 d days,the effective rate of 23.33%,6.67% respectively,there was a significant difference(P<0.01)of the total clinical efficacy of the two groups;20 days after recovery rate respectively,86.67%,56.67%,there was a significant difference(P<0.05)of the total clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total comprehensive observation of the clinical efficacy of 13 days and 20 days after the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion: Postoperative anal fissure application of Burnet elm fumigation lotion and moist burn ointment oil yarn combined treatment,clinical efficacy is certainly better than the role of potassium permanganate solution and moist burn oil ointment combination therapy.
