Clinical Observation Of Analgesic Lotion In The Treatment Of Low Perianal Abscess With Downward Flow Damp-heat

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Analgesic Lotion on l pain,granuloedema and healing after operation of low perianal abscess with Damp-heat injection.Method:The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups underwent low perianal abscess incision.The two groups were treated with sitz bath before dressing change in the morning and afternoon.The treatment group was treated with Analgesic Lotion,while the control group was treated with Potassium Permanganate solution sitz bath.The wound pain,granuloedema and wound exudation scores were recorded before and on the 3rd,5th,7th and 14th days after treatment respectively.The wound healing rate was measured on the 21st day after treatment.The statistical data of each symptom integral record table were compared.Results:1.There was no significant difference in wound pain between treatment group and control group before and 3 and 5 days after treatment?P>0.05?,and there was no statistical significance.There was significant difference in anal edge pain between the treatment group and the control group on the 7th and 14th day after treatment?P<0.05?,indicating that the Analgesic Lotion Hip Bath had better effect on relieving postoperative pain than the control group on the 7th day and 14th after treatment.2.Comparing with granuloedema,there were fewer patients with granuloedema after operation in the two groups.The total score of the treatment group was 19,while that of the control group was 22.There was no significant difference in the change of granuloedema on the 7th day after treatment between the two groups?P>0.05?,and the edema was cured within the 2nd week,indicating that there was no significant difference in the degree of edema reduction between the two groups after operation.The two groups had curative effect on granuloedema after operation.3.There was no significant difference in wound exudation between the two groups on the 3rd,and 5th day after operation?P>0.05?.Considering that the time was the period of wound exudation,the symptoms of the two groups did not improve significantly.On the 7^th and 14th day,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group?P<0.05?,suggesting that analgesic lotion can significantly improve the exudation of wound after operation.4.The wound healing rate of the two groups was 33.60%in the treatment group and17.50%in the control group.The wound granulation coverage time of the two groups was 9.43+1.48 days in the treatment group and 12.63+2.10 days in the control group.The average wound epithelialization time of the two groups was 33.13+3.68 days in the treatment group and 37.50+4.72 days in the control group.The wound healing time of the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.01?.There were significant differences in healing time.The time of wound epithelialization in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The results showed that the analgesic lotion could promote wound healing and shorten wound healing time.5.After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 93.3%in the treatment group and 83.3%in the control group.Statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference in the total curative effect between the two groups?P<0.05?.It showed that the total curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The analgesic lotion had better effect on improving the pain,granuloma and excessive exudation of the wound after operation of perianal abscess than that of the control group.Conclusion:Analgesic Lotion can obviously relieve anal pain,relieve granuloedema,reduce exudate secretion,promote wound healing,shorten wound healing time,alleviate patient's pain,shorten the course of treatment,and achieve the goal of treatment.
