| Purpose: Through the observation of Jieyu Pingchuan decoction in thetreatment of chronic persistent asthma (II) clinicalsyndrome of stagnation ofliver qi, to verify for emotionaltrigger asthma treatment feasibility from theliver and lung,etiology and pathogenesis further study of asthmadisease,treatment method of finding more clinically relevant, thus improve theclinical efficacy.Method: the diagnosis of chronic bronchial asthma duration(II) of liver qistagnation syndrome in60patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Jieyu Pingchuan decoction group) and control group (montelukast sodium group)with30cases in each. By comparing the degree of improvement for the primarydisease, secondary symptoms,signs and lung function, analysis of the therapeuticeffect of the two groups, the use of statistical software for statisticalanalysis.Result:in the control group in wheezing, wheezing, main symptom improvement,no improvement in symptoms of stagnation of liver qi; the treatment group oftwo aspectshave improved significantly, the total curative effectcontrast,markedly effective rate of the treatment group was86.67%,control groupmarkedly effective rate was63.33%. The total effect of the two groups hadsignificant difference (P<0.05),the treatment group was better than controlgroup.Conclusion:Jieyu Pingchuan decoction in the treatment ofchronic asthmaduration (II) of liver qi stagnation syndromeis safe and effective, worthy offurther research and promotion. |
