| Objective: from the relevant organs, organs of coherent point of view, explore theasthma and viscera fire correlation, based on Qinggan Pingchuan decoction in the treatment ofacute exacerbation of asthma (II, moderate): Observation of clinical efficacy studies,validation on treatment of asthma from fire or not feasible, so as to explore the pathogenesisand treatment of asthma the new approach to the treatment of asthma, more optimizationprogram, treatment means better flexibility, curative effect satisfaction.Methods: Future treatment of acute exacerbation of asthma (II, moderate) wererandomly divided into the treatment group (Qinggan Pingchuan decoction group) and controlgroup (Dingchuan Decoction30cases for each group), a total of60cases. The two groupswere spare salbutamol sulfate aerosol, patients cannot tolerate the panting and oppressed, mayat any time to breath, and jet number evaluation of effects of two groups. Through theimprovement of symptoms and salbutamol breath frequency analysis, analysis of treatmentgroup and control group the merits, and gives a clear objective index.Results: the treatment group (total efficiency is93.3%) than the control group (thetotal efficiency of53.3%), the treatment group and the control group with significantdifference (P<0.05). Through clinical observation found in the treatment group cansignificantly alleviate the patient breathing, wheezing. Sound and other symptoms, and longtime of remission, while the control group was not.Conclusion: Acute exacerbation of asthma (II, moderate) and viscera fire withcorrelation, acute exacerbation of asthma treatment on correct and feasible from the fire. |
