Clinical Observation Of Yi Qi Ping Chuan Prescriotion In The Treat Of Chronic Persistent Asthma (Type Of Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency) And Its Effect On IL-25

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction on the syndrome,ACT score and IL-25 of chronic persistent bronchial asthma(lung and spleen qi deficiency type)patients,and to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:From May 2018 to January 2019,70 patients who met the test criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group consisted of 35 patients,and 34 patients(one patient withdrew from the test because of acute attack changing the treatment plan).The control group consisted of 35 patients,and 33 patients(one patient lost the interview and one patient had been tested).Other medicines were excluded during the course of treatment.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Pingchuan Formula,decocted 300 ml water every day,and took warm clothes twice in the morning and evening;the control group was treated with salmeterol-fluticasone powder inhalation,once inhaled,twice inhaled daily.Course of treatment:4 weeks.The symptoms,ACT score,serum IL-25 level and safety index of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction has a remarkable effect on chronic persistent asthma(lung and spleen qi deficiency type).The control rate in the treatment group is 50.00%,and that in the control group is 21.21%.The treatment group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction can improve the symptoms of cough,wheezing,shortness of breath and chest tightness,which has statistical significance compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and there is no statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction can improve the symptoms of fatigue,spontaneous sweating,susceptibility to colds,inadequate food intake,fullness of stomach,abdominal distension and feces of patients,which has statistical significancecompared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).3.The ACT scores of the two groups were significantly improved,with statistical significance compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).4.The lung wheezing sounds of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).5.The level of serum IL-25 in both groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).6.There was no clinical significance in the detection of safety indicators before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction could improve the symptoms and signs of patients with chronic persistent asthma(lung and spleen qi deficiency type).2.Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction could improve the ACT score of patients with chronic persistent asthma(lung and spleen qi deficiency type).3.Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction could reduce the level of serum IL-25 in patients with chronic persistent asthma(lung and spleen qi deficiency type).4.Yiqi Pingchuan Decoction was safe and effective.
