Objective:To discuss the risk factors and the pathological features in youngpatients and different gender young patients with acute myocardialinfarction.Method:Random sampling to choose148cases of patients with acutemyocardial infarction (mi) in our hospital emergency line coronary arteryangiography diagnosis in January2013-February2015,aged29-84,among which104were male,44were female. Young patients (age≤45years old) in64cases, the average age (40.42±3.36),84cases ofelderly patients (age60or higher), average age (68.75±6.62).Todiscuss the risk factors and the pathological features in the patients withacute myocardial infarction between young group and the elderly group、men and women group in young patients. And risk factors and coronaryartery lesion site and the correlation between pathological changes count.Results:1.In young patients smoking and abnormal triglyceride significantlyare higher than the elderly group, and compared with the elderly group, cyclotron lesions, compared with significantly lower right coronary artery lesions, with significant difference (P <0.05). Young group of coronaryartery pathological changes is given priority to with single vascularlesions, elderly group of coronary artery lesions with multivessel disease, and compared with young group, with significant difference (P <0.05).2、In patients with young group: female patients with diabetes mellitussignificantly more than the male; while men smoking in patients wassignificantly higher than female patients, with significant difference (P <0.05).3、In patients with LAD lesions, patients with LCX lesions, patients with right coronary artery lesions, all the risk factors have nosignificant difference (P>0.05).4、Risk factors for coronary arterylesions occurred count analysis results show that the influence of gender, age, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus and triglyceride abnormalityamong the three groups of group is significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Smoking, Elevated triglycerides, type2diabetes is a major riskfactor for acute myocardial infarction of young patients.2、Young patientswith acute myocardial infarction (mi) is given priority to with singlelesion.
