Objectives:By collecting the clinical data of youth cerebral infarction, and to study the risk factors of the disease and its clinical characteristics, so as to improve the level of prevention, treatment of youth cerebral infarction.Subjects and methods:130 young patients with cerebral infarction were treated as cerebral infarction group, it was collected from January 2013 to January 2015 in the first Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. At the same time, randomly selected families of hospitalized patients in 140 cases as control group, to explore the risk factors of cerebral infarction in young adults. The young patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups according to age (18-35 years old group and 36-45 years old group) were analyzed and compared the common risk factors and etiology of TOSAT type, the sites of cerebral infarction. All data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1.Cerebral infarction in young group, the male to female ratio was 2.71:1. Cerebral infarction in 40 patients under the age of 35,36 over the age of 90 examples, the two groups no significant difference in gender composition (2=3.7780, P=0.0519).2.The risk factors of cerebral infarction in young group from high to low in turn for carotid atherosclerosis (62.3%), hypertension (51.5%), smoking (50%), hyperlipidemia (43.8%), intracranial artery stenosis (42.3%), alcohol (37%), heart disease (24.6%), homocysteine (20.8%), uric acid (20.8%), diabetes mellitus (17%), immune abnormalities (5%).3.Cerebral infarction in young group of brain infarction in 44 cases (33.8%), basal ganglia and centrum ovale infarction in 38 cases (29.2%), cerebellar infarction in 6 cases (4.6%),18 cases of brain stem infarction (13.8%), multiple cerebral infarction in 14 cases (18.6%).4.Cerebral infarction in young adults TOSAT etiology classification and proportion from high to low as large artery atherosclerosis (LAA) in 44 cases (34%), small artery occlusion (SAO) in 28 cases (22%) and stroke of undetermined etiology (SUD) in 22 cases (17%), cardiogenic embolism (CE) in 19 cases (15%), stroke of other determined etiologie (SOD) in 16 cases (12%).5.Logistic regression analysis:carotid artery atherosclerosis (OR=19.365,95% CI9.126-41.092, P<0.0001) and intracranial vascular abnormalities (OR=10.657, 95%CI4.566-24.873, P<0.0001) were independent risk factors of cerebral infarction in young adults.6.The 36-45 age group had hypertension, high uric acid higher proportion。7.Smoking, drinking, hyperlipidemia was significantly higher than that in female, there were significant differences in the control analysis (P<0.05).8.Uric acid is easy to occur in the basal ganglia and semi oval Center Infarction (r=0.2761, P=0.0457<0.05).Conclusion:1. young patients with cerebral infarction was more common in males; a high proportion of male smoking and drinking, dyslipidemia is more prevalent in women over the age of 36; the higher the proportion of hypertension, high uric acid; the older the higher incidence of brain infarction.2. Youth Cerebral Infarction risk factors from high to low as carotid atherosclerosis, hypertension, smoking, hyperlipidemia, cerebral vascular abnormality, drinking, heart disease, high uric acid, homocysteine, diabetes, autoimmune disorders.3. LAA, SAO youth cerebral infarction; Infarction brain lobes, basal ganglia and semi oval center see; uric acid and prone to basal ganglia and centrum ovale infarction.4.Carotid AS, intracranial arterial stenosis were independent risk factors of cerebral infarction in young adults.
