Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with traumatic cerebral infarction,diagnosis and prognosis.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed16cases of traumatic cerebral infarction clinicalcharacteristics, imaging features, treatment and prognosis.Results:All the children suffered from cerebral infarction induced by brain injury, showedunilateral or bilateral infarction, hemiplegia and unilateral or bilateral limb, signs with aphasia,a small part of central facial paralysis. Except1cases died two days later admission a largearea of cerebral infarction, the rest of the patients after conservative treatment, limbs andlanguage function recovered well.Conclusion:Children with traumatic cerebral infarction if a large area of cerebral infarction,prognosis of extremely high risk. If only for the limitations of cerebral infarction complicatedwith other neurological signs, should be diagnosed as early as possible, with drug andrehabilitation exercise, hyperbaric oxygen treatment after recovery, good results.
