[purpose]:Observing the curative effect of massage manipulation combined with psychological therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy result from vertebral artery, and providing a new feasibility idea which is also an effective and comprehensive therapeutic schedule for clinical treatment of CSA.[Methods]:The research method is to divide those72patients who meet the vertebral artery of cervical spondylosis based on diagnostic criteria into two groups randomly: traditional massage and psychotherapy method as treatment group, traditional massage as control group. Each group will have36cases. We want to observe the cervical vertigo symptom and functional accumulated points, positive sign and adverse effect for both groups on anteroposterior treatment time. We followed up these patients for two months.[Result]:Traditional massage and psychotherapy method in decumbent position on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylopathy is much better than the effect of traditional massage (P<0.05).Our manipulations can significantly improve cervical vertigo symptom and function(P<0.01), to release muscle spasm and joints’swelling and pain(P<0.01)improvement of mental state(P<0.01).The treatment group didn’t have any adverse effect and the prostecdtive efficacy was steady.[Conclusion]:Traditional massage and psychotherapy method in decumbent position is an effective、safe and reasonable treatment for CSA.And it is also an effective and comprehensive therapeutic schedule for clinical treatment of CSA.
