Objective: Using echocardiography to obtain the underlying data of heart function ofthe patient with hyperthyroidism, combined with the relevant parameters to createultrasonic data warehouse of heart function with hyperthyroidism, using data miningtechniques to establish ultrasound data model of heart function with hyperthyroidism, reveal the preferred characteristics and variation or trend of heart function forhyperthyroidism.Method: Select2012-11to2014-03in our hospital after thyroid function testsconfirmed without treatment and treatment is not the healthy check-up of the150patients, and150cases of healthy persons during the same period, and record thesubjects’ height, weight and body surface area, the impact of factors such as Bloodpressure, heart rate, blood lipid, blood glucose, genetic factors, smoking, whether highsodium high protein diet, whether to have complications, etc.By two-dimensionalechocardiography (2DE) to measuring FS(fractional shortening),EF(ejectionfraction),CO(cardiac output),CI(cardiac index),E(early diastolic peak velocity),A(lastdiastolic atrial peak velocity),E/A,DT(deceleration time), IVRT(isovolumic relaxationtime),IVCT(isovolumic contraction time),VP(color Doppler M-mode propagationvelocity),S,D,S/D,Ar,Ar-A,Setpal e’,Latal a’,E/e’,Right ventricular area rate, tricuspidring contraction movement displacement of tricuspid annulus systolic peak velocity, right ventricular Tei index (the MPI index), VP, LVET (left ventricular ejectiontime),SRe/SRa and measured. The combination of the indicators of heart function and physical indicators and the impact factors of indicators to establish ultrasound datawarehouse and data model of heart function, Accordance to the size of the weightcoefficient of each index, optimized the characteristic indicators to reflect the change ofhyperthyroidism heart function from the underlying data.Result: The establishment of ultrasound data warehouse and data model of heartfunction with the normal human and hyperthyroidism, and draw trend graphs; analysisthe indicators and related factors of hyperthyroid heart function, according to the size ofthe weight coefficient of each index, display the FS, EF, CO, CI, E, A, E/A, DT, IVRT,IVCT, VP, S,D, S/D, Ar, Ar-A, Setpal e’, Latal a’, E/e’, Right ventricular area rate, tricuspid ring contraction movement displacement of tricuspid annulus systolic peakvelocity, right ventricular Tei index (the MPI index), VP, LVET (left ventricularejection time),SRe/SRa tend to change in hyperthyroidism. Conclusion: Left atrial olume index, EF, E/A, IVRT, DT, IVCT, Setpal e ’, Latal e ’, E/e’, right ventricular area rate, right ventricular Tei index (the MPI index) and the ratio oftwo-dimensional strain imaging SRe/SRa can be used as the characteristic indicators toreflect the change of hyperthyroid heart function, In order to achieve the dynamicmonitor and medium and long-term forecasts of heart function with hyperthyroidism, and provide decision-support for prevention and treatment of hyperthyroidism.
