The topic originates is from the Capital Medical Development Fund (TCM) subject:Hyperthyroidism Standardization of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Technology Research (Project NO. SF-2007-â…¡-09).Research purposes:According to the158cases of hyperthyroidism, to study the dialectical norms.Methods:The data acquisition that based on2008January to2013April in Guanganmen Hospital Department of Endocrinology outpatient treatment of158cases of hyperthyroidism patients with syndrome elements,whcih is the formation of a database. Use the SPSS19.0statistical software, and the statistical analysis is performed on the observation results and the income data, whether the correlation between each factor and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine or treatment period have no statistical difference,measurement data using x2test;Mainly uses the relationship between Bayesian network analysis of TCM symptoms and a power index, study of symptoms and medication of mining association rules with contact.The research results:According to the above research, the main rules of this group of cases are following, that the early time of hyperthyroidism are divided into three syndrome, hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency syndrome, Qi and yin deficiency, phlegm resistance card two. The middle of hyperthyroidism are divided into two types, liver and kidney yin deficiency, phlegm syndrome. The late of hyperthyroidism are advanced two syndromes:deficiency of liver and spleen syndrome, two phlegm.In the three period which are the early, middle, amd late,the neck swelling and induration is the highest frequency,the palpitations restless, the little sleep much dream and the evil heat hyperhidrosis decreased. In the three period the three most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine always glossy the privet fruit,and the total prescription is3.21%to3.63%. Application of association rules research showed that the compatibility of traditional Chinese Medicine:the first three of Traditional Chinese Medicine is Zexieâ†'Fuling,Fulingâ†'Glossy privet fruit,Chinese yamâ†'Fuling;The basic composition of combination of the3raditional Chinese Medicine that is the most frequently used often by Motherwort,Radix Pseudostellariae,Verbena,Chinese yam.Zexie.and Puling. There were significant differences in the degree distribution of goiter in hyperthyroidism in syndrome (P<0.05). No significant difference in the distribution of hyperthyroidism exophthalnios in syndrome (P>0.05). FT3, FT4, TSH, ALT, AST had the significant difference in the distribution of hyperthyroidism treatment period (P<0.05). WBC is the different index which had no significant differences in the distribution of hyperthyroidisni treatment period (P>0.05)."Hyperthyroidism" score:e ight months and th ird months follow-up after treatment than before treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score: eight months and third months follow-up after treatment than before treatment. Goiter score:follow-up after treatment in eight months and third months<<before treatment. Exophthalmos:eight months and third months follow-up after treatment than before treatment. Exophthalmos score:eight months and third months follow-up after treatment than before treatment. The level of FT3in eight months and third months follow-up after treatment than before treatment. The level of FT4in eight months and third months:follow-up after treatment than before treatment. The level of TSH in eight months and third months:follow-up after treatment than before treatment. Treatment period of0-3months, the recovery rate of FT3is53.8%, the recovery rate of FT4is41.14%, the recovery rate of TSH was28.48%, the recurrence rate was1.27%in eight months, hyperthyroidism. Western medicine by drugs and wi thdrawal time:in the early, the first decrease medicine time led1weeks to11months after the initial reduction of drug, the average time are2.56months; withdrawal time led her4months to differ2years and3months, the average stopping time led after14months. In the medium-term,the first decrease medicine time led3weeks to9months after the initial reduction of drug, the average time are2.38months; range withdrawal time led after10months to1years and8months, average stopping time led after15.5months. In the later stage,the first decrease medicine time led by3weeks to7months after the initial reduct ion of drug, the average t ime are2.85months; withdrawal time led her2months to differ2years and8months, average stopping time led after11.57months.
