Objective: To study the basic clinical information and ventricular configurations ofhypertensive patients using data mining technologies for patients with hypertensionclinical information and basic measure of heart function routine ultrasound excavation.By analyzing the trend of the various indicators and the dynamic changes of the cardiacconfiguration, it reveals the impact of hypertension and the characteristics and changesin laws or trends of normal cardiac configuration and hypertension.Methods:Using advanced color Doppler ultrasound imaging device, hypertensivepatients and normal healthy people were detected from February2013to February2014.With a standardized method for ultransonic inspection and measurement to getultrasound index, Including the measurement and calculation of height, weight, bodysurface area, and other physical indicators. By echocardiography to get ventricularsystolic function (left ventricular fractional shortening, left ventricular rejection fraction,left mid myocardium of ventricular shortening), left ventricular diastolic function[mitral E, A, E/A, DT, IVRT);Pulmonary venous flow S, D, S/D, SFF (systolic fillingfraction), Ar and Ar-A (Ar represents the difference between the duration of the MV A);Mitral early diastolic flow propagation velocity; mitral annular tissue Dopplermovement rate e ā€™, aā€™, E/eā€™], right ventricular systolic function [Right ventricular areachange rate, systolic tricuspid annular motion displacement, tricuspid annulus tissueDoppler peak systolic velocity sidewall point, right ventricular Tei index (MPI index)], Left atrium and right atrial volume, etc. Then the relevant factors of hypertension, suchas blood pressure, age, weight, sex, blood sugar, blood lipids, smoking, drinking, etc.,and the indicators to measure heart function combine to build a data warehouse, datamining technology to build conducive hypertension cardiac ultrasound data model.Result: To establish the relational database of hypertensive patients about the clinicalinformation and the cardiac configuration, and to analyze the main factors andcharacteristic indicators which can affect heart disease and hypertension functionalchanges, I treveals the evolution of the initial cardiac function between hypertensionand its evolution trend.Conclusion: Data mining technology can get the key factors of hypertension andcardiac characteristic indicators, evolving the hypertension heart function underdifferent course. And it has a certain practical significance of clinical aided diagnosis.
