Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rule Of Professor Wang Mei's Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism

Purpose:through the data mining of the prescription for the treatment of hyperthyroidism by professor wang magnesium,and in combination with the clinical learning and comprehension of teachers,to explore the law of its medication,summarize its medication characteristics,,in order to provide a better reference for the clinical treatment of this disease,improve the cure rate.Material and method:Collected in January 2018 to December 2019 in liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital endocrine clinic,the professor Wang Mei diagnosis basis for the 106 patients of hyperthyroidism,by using EXCEL spreadsheet to establish database,data mining software SPSS 20.0 high frequency for prescription drugs for clustering analysis,using SPSS Modeler software USES the Apriori algorithm on the relationship between the drug and drug association rules analysis,relevant results are obtained.Results:1.Among the 106 patients included in the medical records,the ratio of male to female was1:5.2,with the average age of onset of male and female being 42.94±13.03 years old and39.87±11.2 years old,respectively.2.A total of 100 drugs were involved,with a total of 1578 times of drug use.Among them,the use frequency reached more than 50% of the drug a total of 10,among which the first three drugs are tuckahoe,bupleurum and radix paeoniae alba.There were 14 kinds of drugs used,among which the most used were tonic drugs,reaching 613 times.3.Cold drugs were the most commonly used,accounting for 48.35% of the total usage rate,followed by flat and warm drugs,accounting for 26.93% and 23.32%,respectively.The order of the top three ingredients was sweet(33.82%)> bitter(31.46%)> spicy(19.69%).Liver,spleen,heart and lung meridians were used for 834 times,745 times,629 times and 613 times respectively.4.The four representative drug combinations in the formula results were peony skin +atractylodes + poria coax → radix codonopsis codonopsis,acetic turtle shell + licorice →zhejiang fritillary bulb,zhejiang fritillary shell + atractylodes + white peony → vinegar turtle shell,zhejiang fritillary shell + atractylodes + bupleurum → vinegar turtle shell.5.A total of 4 kinds of clustering prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis,among which the core clustering prescriptions were tuckaing,atractylodes,astragalus,radix paeoniae alba,angelica sinensis,bupleurum chinensis,licorice liquorice,self-heal and radix codonopsis codonopsis.Conclusion:1.Professor Wang Mei’s core drugs for the treatment of this disease are: bupleurum,radix paeoniae alba,poria cocos,atractylodis atractylodis,angelica sinensis,prunella curcas,tortoise shell of vinegar and codonopsis codonopsis.2.The main drug used was tonic for deficiency,with cold,flat and warm drugs mostly used,and the main drug taste was sweet,bitter and spicy,mainly to the liver and spleen,both of which reflected professor Wang’s ideas and propositions on the diagnosis and treatment of regulating the liver and spleen.3.It was summarized that professor Wang Mei,the tutor,followed the theory of "liver wood and soil" and adopted the treatment idea of "suppressing wood and supporting soil".The main treatment method was to regulate the liver and spleen,and the corresponding treatment method was to remove phlegm and blood circulation and remove blood stasis.
