Objective:Through the use of the method of massage that help yang in the morning and help yin in the evening therapy treatment of primary insomnia, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) measurement in patients before and after treatment, observe the clinical efficacy of this therapy for the treatment of primary insomnia, as well as traditional massage treatment of primary insomnia compare the clinical efficacy, and explore the method of massage that help yang in the morning and help yin in the evening therapy intervention on primary insomnia, for clinical use, the method of massage that help yang in the morning and help yin in the evening therapy to treat other medical conditions provided scientific experimental evidence and theoretical guidance.Methods:Select treated60cases of the primary insomnia patients were randomly divided into observation group (the group of he method of massage that help yang in the morning and help yin in the evening) and control group (the group of traditional massage)30cases, a course of treatment in both groups (seven times) were measured before and after the Pittsburgh Seep Quality Index (PSQI)therapy, through the statistics of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) is calculated, and the observed efficacy index before and after treatment in both groups, more he method of massage that help yang in the morning and help yin in the evening therapy and traditional massage therapy and clinical effect of the treatment of primary insomnia difference.Results:①The group of the method of massage that help yang in the morning and help yin in the evening:before and after treatment comparison Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score, no significant difference before treatment (PSQI) score (T1) is greater than after treatment (PSQI) score (T2).②The group of traditional massage:After treatment, compared with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score between pre-treatment (PSQI) score (T’1) no significant difference,it is greater than after treatment (PSQI) score (T’2). efficacy index efficacy index.③The group of the method of massage that help yang in the morning and help yin in the evening:comparison with traditional massage group, it is no significant difference.The method of massage that help yang in the morning and help yin in the evening efficacy index was better than the efficacy of massage group of traditional massage group index.Conclusions:The method of massage that help yang in the morning and help yin in the evening therapy and traditional massage therapy for the treatment of the primary insomnia have efficacy.The method of massage that help yang in the morning and help yin in the evening therapy for primary insomnia than the traditional massage therapy on the original onset insomnia treatment.
