Objective: Observe the effectiveness and safety of the multifunctional massage therapeutic apparatus in improving primary insomnia,in order to provide a basis for the formation and development of the family-style TCM diagnosis and treatment model.Methods:68 patients with primary insomnia were randomly divided into massage group and dexzopiclone group,31 healthy people were set as healthy people group.The massage group was treated with a multifunctional massage therapy device,and the dexzopiclone group was given dexzopiclone tablets,and the healthy people group did not perform any intervention.Compare the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),At hens Sleep Scale(AIS),Anxiety Self-Rating Scale(SAS)and Depression Self-Rating Scale before treatment,1 week of treatment,and 2 weeks after treatment of the three groups.And detect the main indicators of serum5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)concentration,blood routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of total PSQI scores and factors of each groupComparison within the group:(1)The total PSQI score,sleep quality,time to fall asleep and daytime function scores were significantly lower in the massage group for 1 week and 2 weeks than before treatment(P < 0.05);2 weeks of treatment compared with 1week of treatment The total score of PSQI,sleep quality and time to fall asleep were all reduced(P<0.05),and the scores of other factors were not significantly different(P>0.05).(2)In the dexzopiclone group,the scores of all factors in the total PSQI score were significantly lower than before the treatment for 1 week and 2 weeks(P<0.05);the scores of the PSQI total scores were statistically significant compared with the first week of treatment.(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the total PSQI scores and the scores of various factors in the healthy people group in each period(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in the total scores of PSQI between the massage group and the dexzopiclone group before treatment(P>0.05),and the two groups were significantly lower than the treatment group(P<0.05).(2)The sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance and daytime function scores in the massage group were not statistically significant compared with the ezzopiclone group after 1 week of treatment(P>0.05);sleep efficiency and daytime in the massage group There is no difference between the functional score and the healthy group(P>0.05);The total PSQI score and the time to fall asleep score were different from those of the dexzopiclone group and the healthy group(P<0.05).The sleep quality,sleep disturbance,and daytime function scores of the ezopiclone group after 1 week of treatment were not statistically significant compared with those of the healthy group(P>0.05),and there were statistical differences in the scores of other factors(P<0.05).(3)The total PSQI score,sleep quality,sleep efficiency and daytime function scores of the massage group after 2 weeks of treatment were not statistically significant compared with the healthy group(P>0.05).The total PSQI score and sleep efficiency score of the massage group were higher There were differences in the dexzopiclone group(P <0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the total PSQI score,sleep time,sleep efficiency,and sleep disorder scores of the dexzopiclone group were not statistically significant compared with the healthy group(P>0.05).The sleep quality,the time to fall asleep,and the time to fall asleep in the ezzopiclone group were not statistically significant.The daytime function score was different from that of the healthy group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of AIS,SAS and SDS scales in each groupIntra-group comparison:(1)The scores of AIS,SAS,and SDS in the Tuina instrument group were significantly reduced for 1 week,2weeks and before treatment(P<0.05);but the scores of each scale were different between 2 weeks of treatment and 1 week of treatment Not obvious(P>0.05).(2)The AIS,SAS,and SDS scale scores of the dexzopiclone group were significantly reduced after treatment for 1week and 2 weeks and before treatment(P<0.05);the scores of each scale were statistically different compared with the treatment for 2weeks and 1 week Significance(P<0.05).(3)There is no significant difference in the scores of the various scales in the healthy people group in each period(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:(1)There was no difference between the scales of the massage group and the dexzopiclone group before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable;and the scores of the scales of the two groups were higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05)).(2)After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of the Tuina instrument group and the dexzopiclone group(P>0.05);the difference in the scores of the scales between the two groups and the healthy group was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of the Tuina instrument group and the dexzopiclone group(P>0.05);the differences in the scores of the scales between the two groups and the healthy group were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of 5-HT concentration in each groupComparison within the group:(1)The 5-HT concentration in the Tuina instrument group was significantly different after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).(2)The 5-HT concentration of dexzopiclone group was significantly different after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05).(3)There was no significant difference between the healthy group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:(1)There was no difference in5-HT concentration between the massage group and dexzopiclone group before treatment(P>0.05);the 5-HT concentration before treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)).(2)After treatment,the 5-HT concentration of the Tuina instrument group was significantly different from that of the dexzopiclone group and the healthy group(P<0.05);the 5-HT concentration of the ezzopiclone group was significantly different from that of the healthy group(P <0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy between Tuina instrument group and dexzopiclone groupAfter treatment,the effective rate of the massage group was73.33%,and the effective rate of the dexzopiclone group was 86.67%;after comparison,the total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically different(P>0.05).It shows that the therapeutic effect of the Tuina instrument group and the dexzopiclone group is equivalent to the treatment of primary insomnia.Conclusion:1.The multifunctional massage therapeutic apparatus can effectively improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients.2.The multifunctional massage therapeutic apparatus can effectively relieve the bad mood of insomnia patients.3.The multifunctional massage therapeutic apparatus can effectively increase 5-HT concentration of insomnia patients.
