Clinical Study Of Yishen Tongjing Decoction In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of Yishen Tongjing Decoction in the treatment ofkidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) of theclinical effect and mechanism of action.Methods:60examples of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type polycystic ovarysyndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group (30cases, oral Yishen TongjingDecoction) and control group (30cases, oral administration with-35). Observation ofclinical symptoms before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, menstrual,improvement of BBT changes and pregnancy, detection of serum LH,FSH,E2,T,INScontent change.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was86.67%, total effective rate ofthe control group was66.67%, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). In the improvement of menstruation, clinical symptoms and improve thepregnancy rate, the difference between groups was significant (P<0.05or P<0.01). In thelower LH, T, INS, FSH, E2levels increased, there was a significant difference between thetwo groups of patients before and after treatment (P<0.01), there was a significantdifference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion: Yishen Tongjing Decoction on kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis typepolycystic ovarian syndrome has good curative effect, can improve the menstruation,improve the pregnancy rate and so on, probably by endocrine function from the overalllevel of regulation, regulation of ovarian endocrine environment, improve insulin resistance and hyperandrogenism to achieve, and is an effective prescription in treatingpolycystic ovary syndrome.
