Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Phlegm-dampness Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Dao Tan Decoction And Blood Stasis Combined With Da Ying-35

Objective: To investigate the clinical application of Dao Tan Decoction combined with Da Ying-35 in the treatment of phlegm-dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome and to explore its mechanism.Methods: A total of 102 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with TCM syndrome were collected and randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(Daying-35+ guide sputum soup),51 cases,control group(Day-35)51.37 patients in the experimental group and 35 patients in the control group after shedding treatment.Comprehensive evaluation of the changes in experimental indicators such as luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone(LH/FSH),testosterone(T),body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index,total cholesterol,and triglycerides The therapeutic effect of the group.Results:(1)The average age of the experimental group was 26.28,and the average age of the control group was 26.12.There was no significant difference between the two groups(t=-0.179,P>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in BMI,fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance index between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes of the experimental group decreased compared with before treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).(3)There was no difference between LH/FSH and T in the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes of the experimental group and the irradiation group were lower than before treatment,and there were significant differences.(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in total cholesterol and triglyceride between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group and There was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of Dao Tan Decoction can significantly reduce the body weight of PCOS patients,improve the fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance of patients,and regulate the glucose metabolism of patients,but it has no significant improvement on sex hormone levels,total cholesterol and triglycerides in patients with PCOS,while Da Ying-35 can be improved.The hormone level of PCOS patients,therefore,the combination of Dao Tan Decoction and Da Ying-35 in the treatment of patients with phlegm-dampness and internal resistance type PCOS can complement each other and enhance the curative effect,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
